Voting Tool

Each DCT holder can participate and influence the network by voting for miners through a continuous approval voting system.
The influence is directly proportional to a holder’s stake, and no stakeholders are excluded from exercising this influence.
Miners with the most votes will be elected every 24 hours to create new blocks and add them to the DCore blockchain.

Will balances be viewable?
No, account balances will be private similar to Monero
What makes this different from Monero?
This is planned to expand on what Monero provides by allowing data to be transferred within smart contracts similar to how Etheruem has many use cases outside of a currency transaction.
We hope to truly change the standard for Crypto capabilities.

I am quoting Carvalho when he says Governance doesnt belong on a blockchain. You want as little governance as possible to be baked in. The more governance you have baked in, the more susceptible it is to being a predatory or being basically an attack factor. Since governance is part of HyperDAO I am wondering if this could be an obstacle to create a really decentralized currency?
Is there anything coming any time soon? I have been an investor with titanprojects for nearly 3 months now. Initially, I had great faith in the project, but I am starting to lose my faith and patience. Any update on when you are going to launch your exchange and/or apps, or should I just sell my titan coins for good?
