I quickly looked at the forum, there is nothing interesting. Activity at zero, except for 10-15 users no one writes. Such a feeling that the developers are talking to each other. Thus, you definitely wont win the market.
man, our project is 3 months old. we do everything for our money, we do not have investments. We are now focused on tools and environments. but soon the hands will reach the forum.

I cant understand your goal... Do you want to issue some courses for blockchain developers and share this or sell for some money and make your platform like Coursera, Linda and other educational sites?
We want to teach people simple things for free.
We want to do this ourselves and that other developers post their materials on our resources (for this they will receive a reward).
We also create cross-platform solutions that will allow developers to save money by working with our platform.
So if your courses will be free than how and who will pay rewards for developers for this courses? And why do you need coin (token) if this free courses?

having reward for finding bugs and others is a great idea! this is showing that you are serious in developing your platform and willing to improve your system. but with your services, addition of substandard projects might be the outcome because of the ease of creation of their own smart contracts or tokens.
but in any case, crap projects are everywhere with or without your platform...
This is my draft. Maybe you have more ideas?
1. Reward for porting applications to the FUNCOIN network with a description of the work done
2. Reward to holders of public nodes
3. Community Approved CORE Updates Reward
4. Writing articles on the use of WEB3
5. Writing articles on the creation of USECASE
6. If you have an idea to create a good application, and the community supports you
