Voici quelques infos centralisées pour t'aider:

Si ça ne règle pas le problème: les périphériques ne peuvent pas être accessibles via l'API USB car le noyau du système d'exploitation ou un pilote natif les empêche de saisir le code d'espace utilisateur. Par exemple des périphériques avec des profils HID sur les systèmes OSX et des clés USB:

Sur la plupart des systèmes Linux, les périphériques USB sont mappés avec des autorisations en lecture seule par défaut. Pour ouvrir un périphérique via cette API, votre utilisateur doit également avoir un accès en écriture. Une solution simple consiste à définir une règle udev:

Redémarrer le Daemon udev:
pour vérifier les permissions:
puis:
Ce fichier doit appartenir au groupe "plugdev" et avoir des permissions d'écriture de groupe.

Port USB compatible:
    -USB A
    -USB C
Les ports usb sont parfois fragiles/instables, si votre Nano n'est pas reconnu par windows/mac (ou linux après les modifications).

Pour Windows: Si votre Nano est bloqué sur "update":

0.  Verifiez la mise à jour de Chrome (en haut à droite, "cliquez "Aide" puis "A propos de Chrome" laissez le se mettre à jour et Redémarrez Chrome.
1.  Dans la barre d'adresse de votre navigateur Chrome, entrez
2.  Cliquez sur la corbeille à côté du Ledger Manager pour le désinstaller.
3.  Allez sur "github/Ledger": https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-manager-chrome/releases/tag/1.0.1
4.  Téléchargez le fichier "chrome-app.zip" placer le dans un nouveau fichier hors de "téléchargements" et extrayez-le puis Redémarrez Chrome.
5.  Dans "chrome://extensions", cochez la case  "Mode développeur" (en haut, face à Extensions).
6.  trois boutons vont alors apparaitre: cliquez sur "Charger l'extension non empaquetée..."
7.  rechercher votre dossier "chrome-app" ouvrez le et, selectionner le dossier "chrome-app" (sélctionnez le second fichier chrome-app qui se trouve sous _MACOSX)
8.  Une fois installé, lancez cette nouvelle application (dans "chrome://extensions" et sous Ledger Manager cliquez sur "Lancer"
9.  Connectez votre Nano S.
10. Dans votre Ledger Manager allez dans "Firmwares" et cliquez sur le bouton gris "Firmware".
11. Suivez les instructions sur le Nano pour finir l'update.
12. Une fois l'installation terminée, désinstaller cette version de Ledger Manager et désactiver le "Mode Développeur" de chrome://extensions.
13. Réinstallez la version normale de Ledger MAnager: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ledger-manager/beimhnaefocolcplfimocfiaiefpkgbf

by now, on the statistics view you can see the total volume of Opal coins, then you can update it, each hour/week/month and you can calculate the amount produced by staking.

With Opal, the staking reward is 5% of your total amount (per year). rewarded each day, by small fractions, on each non-null address you created.
