I consider Polkadot  the most promising project for today. Polkadot will easily bypass all competitors. Very easy to use and super scalable.

I think you should explore ZEC (Zcash) https://coinmarketcap.com/ru/currencies/zcash/
Your selection criteria indicate that you will not give information about Zcash.

Re: ETH high gas fee

Since i join in crypto this is first time i know ETH's fee is going crazy now. 400+ Gwei for transaction ? This is very expensive and i hope this will not kill any ICO project  Grin

ETH 2.0 or ICO killer  Grin

For a altcoin transaction with a transfer amount of 260 bucks, I was asked for a commission of $ 30. I changed my mind about doing this. I'll wait, maybe something will change.
The main thing is that my 260$ in this time does not turn into 10$  Shocked Cheesy

A very successful project with strong support in the crypto world. To be in the top 10 on the coinmarketcap. I think it will continue to gain popularity. I think you will not go wrong if you hold the Chainlink coins further.

Re: Will YFI go down again?
by
VolkoB
on 10/11/2020, 09:50:10 UTC
Despite the fact that investments in YFI are high-risk, I invest a small part of my Deposit in this token. And such investments help me get a profit that is many times higher than the profit from other coins. The main thing is not to forget to put a stop loss, so that if the price goes against you, your losses are minimal.
I also consider this token to be a too risky investment at the current time. Rapid rises alternate with rapid falls. Don't put all your money into this.

People are too gullible and when they see the benefit they completely turn off the brain. In the crypto sphere you need an eye and an eye.

I think this will be a big breakthrough. It is high time to update the network, make it faster and more accessible.  And all this will happen with the arrival of Eth 2.0. At least I really hope so

Re: Advantages of DeFi
by
VolkoB
on 05/11/2020, 13:07:13 UTC
There is no KYC

Defi allows its users to lend and borrow from each other, without using the same procedures as traditional finance. In the absence of a central authority, KYC (Know Your Customer), credit scores, etc. are not used.

What does KYC have to do with DeFi? In principle nothing at all. You can implement KYC, credits scores etc. on DeFi systems, in some countries it is even mandatory to do so nowadays. Likewise, there are or were countries (such as Switzerland) where you could have "centralized" accounts without KYC

Absolutely agree. KYC it depends on the country. There are many places where it is needed, and this is not an advantage or a disadvantage. There are laws that are followed in progressive countries.

BNB coin in my opinion, is one of the best investments over the past 3 years. With the right approach, many people have made good money on one of the most well-secured exchanges.

I like to take risks too much. When I see an interesting project with a fresh idea, the team is fine, but the project is still quite crude. With a high probability I can invest this, and then turn gray every day when everything is moving very slowly)

Re: Safeguarding funds , your funds on exchanges are safe?
by
VolkoB
on 03/11/2020, 13:02:58 UTC
I do not hold funds on exchanges, it is not safe at all. Exchange can be hacked, your account can be suspended/blocked/frozen. I hold on the wallets with full control of private keys, mnemonic phrases, etc. I use exchanges only to sell/buy/convert some assets and withdraw it immediately.
I agree with you. But in any case, users' wallets can also be hacked. Therefore, exchanges such as binance, to a certain extent, provide more protection than conventional storage. Storage everywhere at your own risk)
