Be aware about scam cpu coins. Its most china coins. They develop first gpu miner then cpu iner. cpuminer is official aviable when then mine in gpu outstanding you all the way.
He can mine the popular coins and prevent this problem.
Is PrimeCoin profitable for the 1270v2?

To be honest, I wouldn't be interested. The reason is that datacenters experience huge economies of scale allowing colocation costs for servers to be as low as possible. Their infrastructure is redundant and built for high performance and low latency.

If you want to profit from this, you would need datacenter experience and resell colocation with management as a service.

I own a dedicated server hosting company and thought I may be able to make some extra profit using one of my unused servers.
What would be most profitable for an E3-1270v2 server to mine? And what about i7-2600?
Do you recommend a mining pool? If so, which one?

Please include statistics to back up your statement if possible! Thanks.
