Just save it. If you lose your btc its worth it because sometimes altcoins can give you a lot of money. You just have to be patience with crypto because all their coins are unstable so don't forget that.

You can also sell it to recover your loss but you would lose a lot if you do that.

It is not late, because sometimes bitcoin drops very hard so that is the time to invest in it. Now it is a bit expensive so if you invest now you will pay a lot of money while if you invest when its low you pay less.

Well know coins are ETH, bitcoincash, litecoin and dogecoin. These are the safest coins and are well known so you will not be scammed with these coins they are actually worth something.
