As you all may have read in Finerpay or my previous posts, I was asked to negotiate a 30 day holding of about 125k coins with several exchanges. I suggested we ask Cryptsy (who will soon begin to accept fiat currency conversions). No dice. Cryptsy declined very politely and I do not blame them. They are not a babysitter. There is no sign on their lawn that says "Babysitter Storage."

So I went to Mintpal with the same question. Jay said it ain't gonna happen.

I believe in the cause more than the money so I offered Finerpay, 8.5 BTC for 125k XFC. This guarantees that I have to hold the coins until they increase in value or sell them at a significant loss which would be plain stupid.

The developer now has the means to survive while focusing 100% on maintenance and some pretty bad ass new features. We will always be the original winners in the anon race and 10 steps ahead of everyone else. While they trade BarbieDollCoins for SupercoinV3X15 or some other retweeted bullshit coin, our cash can be counted in real life Get Out of Jail Free cards.

Looks like a lot of that is used to fill the anonymity coinjoin servers. Some has been paid out for bounties scratched off on first dev post. What does that leave left? about 1 btc worth of XFC? Trolls are complaining because the developers of the first working real anonymous cryptocurrency MIGHT make 1 bitcoin for all their work? You gotta be shitting me.

I don't think they meant any dishonesty. Looks more like they realized too late a better way to make anon work as well as it does now. Or in the rush of a crazy launch, didnt update the ann. They didnt dump or abandon us like all the doomsdayers predicted.

Seriously, though, who would create something no one else has, something the world desperately wants, and then smash it all to pieces? Also, if they destroyed all those coins now, according to the diagram on page 1, anon would stop working. Maybe some of you want that. Not me.

I will never pay the newly required USA mining taxes. XFC makes me free. Most these other coins are just a pointless popularity contest or a carrot on a stick. Maybe some of you want that. Not me.

bter.com just added XFC/USD to voting list. This would make real anon transfers to real fiat money a reality online.

There is a guy on youtube that does awesome videos on science using markers. Perhaps you have even seen MinutePhysics once or are a loyal subscriber. Did you know the guy that does the drawings is not the guy that does the voice? The drawings are actually made by a guy named Everett, a physics professor, who cannot buy everyday necessities with local currency. I know this may come as a shock but some countries give the death penalty to those caught aiding genocide victims.

You are exactly right that most relief aid gets siphoned off along the way. Hard to get a truck full of cash to the doctors. Easy to get a flash drive to them.

Anon is the only way to help in many places and many situations.
 

What about the millions of people who live under a flag of repression. Where the government is so corrupt printing new money for themselves  any time they need a new tank or airplane and now the inflation forces them to print Billion Dollar Bills? The part at the top where it says type help. Where in there do you see a dash? Works great for me.

You guys need to chill out on that crying foul bullshit. Anon without a premine to stock the nodes is impossible. Dev can't tell you that without giving away his secret sauce but seriously, you need to chill out. The different different sized nodes are necessary for mixing various sizes of anon transactions.
