That does not say that funds will be available in 90 days, it says that they will review your account in 90 days to consider releasing the funds to you. There is a major difference.

No, it says that if any money gets chargedbacked, then they will delay. But I have no chargebacks or anything like that so money will be released on that date.

I decided to use this website and once I paid for a USA VBA + VCC using BTC as payment method. The VCC worked fine but the VBA wasn't working. It was already used on another paypal account. The seller started accusing me of using it on another account which i didn't. I also paid $3 more to the seller because my wallet wouldnt allow small payments. The seller said that he'll give me -3$ off my next order and I agreed.
THE SELLER IS A SCAMMER AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. I'VE EVEN SHOWED HIM PROOF OVER TEAM VIEWER THAT THE VBA DIDN'T WORK BUT STILL HASN'T REFUNDED ME MY MONEY OR GIVEN ME ANOTHER VBA.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
