Our funds are stuck on one of the exchanges we've used (mainly) for trading and currently we cant continue the operation. All outstanding payments have been done from my personal funds though.

Sorry to hear there are complications. Hopefully we can see this pool brought back into service, I know I'm ready to move back once I know things are good again.

We all appreciate you paying us out of your personal funds too. I've seen alot of pools just "eat" the money after not paying out for long duration's.

Hope to be back!

This pool seems to be down. I find this odd, since another YAAMP clone was down just a few days ago as well.

Something fishy going on here?

Hello People,

I finally got paid my DASH. Hope you have some good news also.

Same here, but I've already migrated all my systems over to another service. Hopefully I will see some good news from this pool in the future and give it another go.

I have stopped mining. There used to be 100 miners on the coin switching algo I was using. Now there are only 5.

I guess they think they are not going to get paid. FFpool made out like bandits on 1weeks hard earned pool profits.

I will probably shop around for another pool to direct my systems to after work today. I noticed that over the weekend the site went from hundreds of client connections to less than 100, so I guess the time has come for us to all abandon ship.

I haven't received payment since October 11th. The multialgo switching which I use is working for me.

There are 467 miner still going. So, they still think they will get paid eventually. I have seen the miners go up as high as 750 though.

Keep the information flowing guys since FFpool hasn't posted a response. Lets keep monitoring the situation.

still nothing over here either. I've tried PM's too

yes my account shows i haven't been paid for 18 hours in dash. They had problems like this last week where they missed 2 days but eventually paid. Lets monitor the situation and see when we get paid.

I'm still not seeing payment, and some of the algo's are bugged out.

Hello,

Thanks for update. Let me know if you get paid.

Are you being paid in Bitcoin which doesn't have DASH on hand problem?

I was paid my outstanding DASH about one hour ago. I think the system is working, it's just no longer paying out regularly as it was.

I haven't been paid in 2 days for my DASH coin so I have stopped mining till I get paid!

   Balance 0.79863386 DASH
0.79863386 DASH

I've also not been paid reliably for the last week or so. I'm guessing they are either having issues keeping enough DASH on hand, or the CRON's are stuck. The payouts have gotten slower and slower though, which is why I keep posting here.

Might want to check the cron jobs again. Looks like the balance has flatlined since about 20 hours ago.

Looks like things corrected drastically a couple hours ago. If you did something, thank you.

I'm offering answers below in-case others can find value.

Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way and should start with basics...

1) Does MinerGate GUI 5.0.3 x64 (latest on site) work with Nvidia GTX 970?
Claude from MinerGate support confirmed support in GUI client.
2) If GTX 970 is supported through the MinerGate GUI, can someone please provide an idea of hashpower for a single card so I have a baseline to measure my system against?
3) What logs can I review to get more information about how things are working under the hood? I'm guessing that even though my menu's do nothing, the logs still exist and I should be able to find them?
The logs are available in %localappdata%\minergate\log
The log menu didn't work because no app was associated with the .log extension on my PC. This has been corrected.
4) Assuming everything is working correctly, should my hashrate from both CPU and GPU be combined in the website's dashboard?

I'm running an i7 with 6 physical cores, 12 logical cores on Windows 8.1 with 16gb ram. This system is water-cooled, and I have real-time monitoring of power usage and rarely tip 50% of the power supplies capacity. All drivers are current. Daily gaming at max settings, as well as running CCminer for over a year on this system without any issues.

I've tried running the MinerGate CLI, but have not spent enough time with it to know much more other than it appears to detect CUDA 5.2.

I've been sitting in the English chat tool on minergate.com as well if anyone wants to do some real-time assistance.

Out of curiosity, did you ever try a clean install after all or did you solve the problem?

Just for fun, I've clean installed Windows 10 since I was planning to use my free upgrade anyways. Minergate is performing a little better, but is still WAY underperforming other mining tools. I tried the CCMiner listed on the alternative miners page and got ~300H/s, which is almost 100x faster than the minergate GUI and CLI apps.

Post #1575. I've cleaned / re-installed video drivers using DDU from safe-mode. I'm not re-installing my OS at this point. Mining with CCminer works fine (Cuda CLI miner), and so does gaming.

The way I see it, seems like a software error (probably broken drivers). The best way to do it is via a brand new windows installation, then latest nvidia/ CUDA drivers and see what happens.

Good luck on this.

That seems a bit extreme for a system that has no problems running games maxed out, or mining using ccminer.

I'm afraid there's only one way to find out. Get an old HDD and do a clean install. Both Nvidia & Ati/AMD have great issues with their drivers; in the past there used to be a specific tool to uninstall (remove registry entries as well) for the CUDA drivers. Unfortunately I can't remember its name... Sad

DDU is available and highly reviewed. I've done that and while it removed a bunch of previous driver junk, I get no change in behavior.

Here is some logging I see out of the CLI miner, which I believe I've setup to match 6 cores and GPU intensity 2... I'm guessing the GUI miner is having the same issue, which is why I can't get anything out of it.

Something seems wrong to me when I enable GPU mining.

Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way and should start with basics...

1) Does MinerGate GUI 5.0.3 x64 (latest on site) work with Nvidia GTX 970?
2) If GTX 970 is supported through the MinerGate GUI, can someone please provide an idea of hashpower for a single card so I have a baseline to measure my system against?
3) What logs can I review to get more information about how things are working under the hood? I'm guessing that even though my menu's do nothing, the logs still exist and I should be able to find them?
