Re: what will happen if BTC hit 1.000.000$
by
Watershin
on 24/05/2019, 13:02:54 UTC
If bitcoin reach 1million dollar price value possible increase the number of hackers and only millionaires can buy or afford to buy bitcoin if that speculatuon comes true. And the government keeping all attention for the bitcoin how to regulate as currenc.

Your statement is very surprising... considering your forum rank. You may be knowing that Bitcoins are indefinitely divisible. Each Bitcoin is divisible by 100 million units, and these units are known as "Satoshis". So you don't need to purchase one full Bitcoin. You can purchase BTC0.001 or even BTC0.0001. Therefore I would say that your statement that BTC will become unaffordable, doesn't make any sense.

What you are saying is true, when the price will hit 1million dollar then automatically each satoshi will become worthy and even who are holding 1 lakh sats will be rich.

Boscoin Dashboard as of 12:30 PM (GMT +8:00), has successfully raised an equivalent of $10.63M, participated by 2198 investors.

Coin that run ICO and can collected many fund just in hours in their crowdsale, but the most important is to still develop the project, maybe the first time enter the exchange will be able to reach 2x the price of ICO so will be 4,000 satoshi in first market live.
Some people are saying that the price of this coin will reach easily $10 after the develpoers show positive sign of development, I believe there is a very strong hype around this coin.

Re: Where is all this new trading volume coming from?

Japan is a giant market for bitcoin because its population and because it´s a technology friendly country. As a example you can see some concerts in youtube recorded with smartphones that sound better than profesional recordings. Furthermore there is another little detail, the bitcon creator´s name is Satoshi Nakamoto, it sounds like a Japanese name, a small detail that, through identification, can create more sympathy for bitcoin in the country.
The point of Satoshi Nakamoto is pretty decent and also Japanese government just recently announced bitcoin as legal in Japan so the investors from Japan are being inetersted in bitcoins which is attracting more money in bitcoins and driving the price pretty high in $1800s in some japanese exchanges yesterday.

Yeah I really think that it will hit the $2,000 soon,
It has been pumping crazy in this past few month since 2017 started.
Bitcoin is gonna break the $2k mark pretty soon and the main force driving this price is the legality of bitcoins in Japan and due to which more and more money is coming from Japan driving the bitcoin price higher and higher.

Re: Bitcoin Will Reach $3000 By The End Of The Year
by
Watershin
on 10/05/2017, 17:52:30 UTC
Once touching 2000-2100 the following days It wouldn't surprise me a  strong correction back to 1300-1500, but still 3000$ at the end of the year seems reasonable right now.

I agree, if we touch $2000 by June, then bitcoin at $3000 is very possible.  This good news from Japan are keeping people to be in FOMO thus this bring buy pressure to the exchange.  Aside from that there are 10 company from Japan that will join the Bitcoin economy.  This may bring another set of billions of fresh fund to Bitcoin.

That's amazing news, now we can wait and see the Bitcoin price will increasing every day.
I think to be $3000 per Bitcoin it's need some next month.
you want bitcoin to hit $3000 levels by next month, I believe it is going to happen as per the pace of how bitcoin is currently growing now a days. There are many positive news are coming out from Japan in regular interval which will be supporting more new investors to step into bitcoin ecosystem.

In a rough estimations, I guess we may hit $5k or $10k levels by end of this year, yes it is possible like how we did in 2013, from $230+ to $1250+ levels.
I also believe that bitcoin will reach $3k by end of next month or two, as most of the Japanese people believe in savings and now they are having so much money as government is buying bonds and they have no place to invest money and government has legalized bitcoin, so they are buying bitcoins as an investment.

Re: Best Investments
by

on 10/05/2017, 17:47:04 UTC
The best investment at a moment would be to buy as many bitcoins as possible and hold them for the future as apart from that I don't see any good place to invest my money from where I can earn huge returns on my investments which is only seems to be possible with bitcoins.
Bitcoin's price is so much hyped according to me at this time and investing now is quiet risky in my opinion, I would recommend investing in monero as it is still very cheap and it's use is increasing day by day on darknet and it is following the same story as of bitcoin.

Re: another newbie with a stuck transaction....
by
Watershin
on 10/05/2017, 17:43:35 UTC
totally new to this..tried a transaction with a small amount, but still not confirmed after 24 hours.. Fee too low? Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance!

https://blockchain.info/nl/tx/8e19232d88be41930ec65600ea7b946c27d110db54f418c14f525cfe40c42058

Fee is only 120sat/byte while current recommended is around 200sat/byte.
It should eventually confirm but you should try to enter it on https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ as long as it says "acceleration succeeded".
If you check the current situation of the unconfirmed transactions on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ you can see that with your fee rate there are quite many.
Hope my answer helped, and please do use something like electrum with dynamic fees to get the transactions confirmed ASAP

Thanks! I thought I used the dynamic fee, but apparantly is not as dynamic as it should be... :-) The tx accelerator says there are too many submissions right now, but I wil try that again later. Hopefully some day it will be confirmed..
Or best case scenario will be that your transaction gets dropped from mem pool and then you will be able to sign another transaction and this time please use the recommended fees to avoid any delays.

Maybe the problem is with your fees, it is recommended to use 0.001btc per KB of bitcoin transacted.
Maybe you should wait for some more time for the transaction to drop from the mem pool and then try again to transact your bitcoins.

Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion
by
Watershin
on 09/05/2017, 16:51:49 UTC
Hello wall observers.

There is no bubble, and no big correction incoming.
We known that Japan is known as maybe the most digital society in the world, and we all know they save too much of their earnings, at the point the excessive savings become a problem because people just invest and don't consume stuff. And the April a certain law recognizing Bitcoin as a legal currency and valid investment has been approved, so will be easier and safer for people in Japan invest their large savings in Bitcoins.

Currently there are around 2M of bitcoiners around the world at most, and Japan's population is around 130M. If 10% of the Japanese invest in Bitcoin, then price will rise about 10x due to Japan alone, considering they put the same amount of money in Bitcoin as the current Bitcoin hodlers, but they have the resources to put much more than the current average.

So keep hodling, there is no reason for the price to fall in the long run, and plenty for a big rise.

The japanese are already adopting Bitcoin faster than expected

Thanks for the information and by reading this I now believe more in bitcoin. Previously I was thinking that this would be another bitcoin bubble and it will crash soon and now you have changed my view.

Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter?
by
Watershin
on 09/05/2017, 16:43:43 UTC
Price really matters for those investors who bought some bitcoin at a high price, and faced with a bubble. That people will be very disappointed that they will have sell at a low, or wait few years till price recover or increase.
Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme and those investors which doesn't understand this basic thing always loose money in bitcoin world due to panic selling as they think that the price is dipping and it's better to have less money than no money and they sell their bitcoins in a bearish market.

Re: What type of wallet do you use?
by
Watershin
on 09/05/2017, 16:41:01 UTC
i simply used web wallet and some exchange sites like nova and cryptopia etc.
I am a big fan of web wallets however never recommend exchange wallets but web wallets are not that riskier as people argue. There are some web wallets which even provide facility of wallet backup so there is minimal risk of using them. Some of my favourite- BTC.com, Luno, etc.
Storing your bitcoins on a bitcoin exchange is never a good idea, as there are high chances of the exchange to get hacked and your bitcoins will be gone forever.
I usually store my bitcoins in electrum and sometimes on my android phone in bitcoin official wallet and rarely use the blockchain online wallet.

you can invest trading site that good for you. trading give you good opportunity for earning. other you can earn limit profit with revenue share site.
given the increasing price of bitcoins day by day and very huge gap in between daily high and daily low price, I also think trading with BTC/USD pair will be a very good choice.
Just check today's price it was $1615 as low and $1747 as today's high.

Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest?
by
Watershin
on 09/05/2017, 16:31:39 UTC
Investment is always a better option than gambling. Gambling should considered only as entertainment with slight chance to win some money, but most probably to lose it.
As it is said that only risk that amount of money that you can afford to loose, so in gambling there are high chances that you will loose your money. House edge and making wrong decisions at wrong times is the main reason behind the fall of people on gambling websites.

Re: When is Gambling Like Investing
by
Watershin
on 09/05/2017, 16:28:50 UTC
Gambling can never become an investment. Only way is when you invest in a gambling website. So whatever the profit the owner makes, you can get a part of it. But of you meant by doing gambling, gambling and investment are not even close.

Gambling can be an investment, if you know about what are the casino's do with those people that wants to invest into their site. They are allowing people to invest to their bankroll so that it can make the amount of winning higher for the gamblers. If you want to see an example of it, you can just click my signature and visit it.
There is also a website called moneypot which is a gambling website and also provides bankroll to its child sites too.
You can also invest in their bankroll and it will be a investment in gambling  Cheesy

Juventus vs Monaco - Juve are so professional, a really good team. I think under 2.5 goals is a good option here. Juve will defend & hit Monaco on the break.
Juvetus is having a really good defence as seen in the barcelona game, and i think they are worthy to go in the finals against real madrid who I am backing to win in tommorow's game.
I am eagerly waiting to see the finals.  Shocked Shocked

Now it's the best time to store more CRB. Very undervalued coin!

Creditbit is at 49k-50k satoshi range at this moment, how much do you think it must cost in the market?

I believe it can hit 150k-250k in the next 5 months.

Yes you are 100% right!
CRB just need big markets and also reliese all from roadmap 2 from devs.
CRB price is rising while BTC rising like a star

It's nice to see that credibit price is rising also along with the skyrocketing bitcoin price.
I hope poloniex will add this coin also in the near future, it will be much beneficial for the price of credibit.

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?
by
Watershin
on 08/05/2017, 13:28:30 UTC
Invested in btc or altcoins, having your money in traditional banks, basically you are loosing money these days.

It is not always true as many altcoins may fall in price and you may be at a loss. We know there are several hyped shitcoins in the market which tempt the people and end up as a pump and dump scheme - while investors are too late to realize that. Its important to save and invest at the same time, otherwise you will end up with no money in your pocket for daily necessities for everyday life. Also jumping not investing money is not a good option without proper knowledge and information on the investment.

Shitcoins is not going to be endless, but if we're used to understanding their developmental patterns, we will not touch them at all and choose to buy another altcoin. Currently the bitcoin price is very high, too high until I'm not sure at which point the bitcoin will fall back. Better keep investing in some guaranteed altcoins like eth, etc and dash.
You can easily identify which altcoin is a shitcoin and which is not, just look at it's announcement thread and you will make a nice guess about the future price of that altcoin, whether its going  to be hot or not.
