Hello. I'm also interested just a bit confuse after Step 3. Does the account we make using your login stay on the PS4 as the primary or can we go back and put our own account as the primary? 
You unlock the game by setting up as primary profile, after this step you go back to your profile and activate it as primary, than you're ready to play.
These VPS is divided from a Dedicated server or cloud VPS ?
I'm rolling with Dedicated Servers only.
if it is dedicated I think it is as you said but difficult to remote because many users use at the same time.
That's the thing, it is used by maximum 10 users/server, and most of the time is operated by 2-3 users. You can expect good quality overall and since you pay only $6-$15 I think that is the best damn RDP service. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Sorry, I accept only BTC. It is very risky for me to accept PayPal since everybody knows that PayPal is a reversible payment. I accept Amazon GC, but at 40-50% rate, which probably you won't like it.

After you'll finish downloading the game and activate it, you can play it from your account.
