I created a free 18 page scrypt.cc survival guide to help your protect your account from hacks and hopefully make some BTC on Scrypt.CC.

Please let me know what you think. Should I create a post series on it?  Is PDF a good format? Any feedback is helpful.

Cryptostocks - Are they Still Relevant?
by

Is the Cryptostocks platform still relevant?  I have heard that it is not as active as it used to be and that projects have shifted away from them.

I know of Havelock and NXT, but what are some of the other popular stock platforms available.

I have been depositing and withdrawing since Feb 17, 2014 with no problems.  They did seem to be abandoned for a bit, but now it seems like they are on top of it.  Just give it time and deposits/withdrawals show up.  Check your SPAM folder for confirmation emails and be wary of phishing emails.

I knew the fee was listed but it was so vague.

I bought from a reseller that seemed legit, but now I am worried did he get his shares cheap from someone else.  The reseller said they were recent purchases and I got a few in Nov and Dec.  Sucks to pay a tax on them already and still hoping they are legit.

Either way, my account is still pending balances.  Anyone actually receive a payment?

I was happy to see that the upgrade script not only does the date now but the time as well.

I wish Chris would communicate better with us.

The next few days to a week are crucial to see if this is a ponzi or a hack.  I'm hoping for a hack and to be back on track, but only time will tell.

@thy Thanks for the information, I will review the sources and get it updated soon.

@DiceChain
Thanks for sharing your friend's experiences, I have not heard of anyone having their BTC refused for withdrawal.  I have heard issues for account banning, some get rectified and some haven't.

I know there are a few stipulations with the referrals and verification process with minimum investments or loans.  I haven't had any referrals that have met those qualifications, so I can't say for sure.  If I ever do I will definitely investigate further.

I am a longtime P2P investor and I have been investing in Bitcoin P2P for a few months now and I wanted to offer something back to the community.  I did a write-up comparing the two sites and my experiences.  Please let me know what you think and if I missed anything.

Re: BTCjam - Any Thoughts or Experiances
by

I have made some really good returns on BTCJam, but you have to really research and study your loans.  I did fairly well on Prosper and a few other USD P2P lending sites, so I applied some of the same principles to these.  It was a lot risky then those sites, but I made a better return.

I think there are too many people who see a 200% return on their investment and think this who I need to invest with only to lose their money.  If you follow a set of guidelines and not chase the biggest riskiest investment, you can make some serious BTC.  I think a lot of the complaints come from a lack of research and analysis in P2P in general and with borrowers.
