Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling

No it does not. Those are just gambler's fallacy. There is no way thinking positively will affect your gambling outcome. It totally depends on your luck. Your emotions will no way chance the mathematical variations on any way. Thinking positively just brings an inner hope to light that helps you to stay focused. That's it. Does not matter if you play with a negative or positive attitude, the results will always be the same.

With positive thinking at least we can control our emotions so hopefully we will able to limit our gambling habits. Indeed, positive thinking won't change the outcome of our games, but it may help us at the other side. Gambling is a game that will involve emotions and if we have no clear mind while doing it, we can end up badly.
We need to be ourselves on gambling, don't worry too much about the outcome of the money from it will make us to be safe from the gambling losses. But being positive in the gambling didn't made any changes in my winning percentage.
At least by thinking positively when gambling it will make us confident, and will make us more calm in gambling, with this we will not be depressed whatever the outcome, winning or losing is not a problem.

Even though Arsenal allowed Manchester United to equalize twice in the match yesterday, and the equalizer goal scored by Jesse Lingard might just show the sloppy defense of Arsenal which needs more improvement, but I guess it is still quite acceptable for Arsenal to achieve a draw since they are playing Manchester United at the stadium of Old Trafford. At the very least, Arsenal are still in the race to become one of the top 4 teams on the English Premier League table at the end of this season.
Perhaps fans of Arsenal are disappointed with their defense, but at least with a draw still keeping their hopes of ending this season in the top 4 of the standings. And it is hard for Manchester United to not get up immediately, they are 8 points adrift of the 4th place ranking. if it's still like this I think it's hard for Manchester United to play in the champions league next season.

Manchester United must win to keep the opportunity to stay ahead of the champions league next season, and also with a victory maybe it will be a little safe for Mourinho's position. This will be tight and difficult, my personal prediction will be a 2-2 draw.

Re: The key reason for gambling

The main factor in gambling is of course because of money, they gamble with the aim of earning large amounts of money in a short time. Despite the fact of the defeat they get from gambling, yes maybe there are also those who gamble because of hobbies only or just want to find new friends or business relations.

Juventus returned 3-0 win over Fiorentina. it's clear that Juventus will definitely win the Serie A again, and again. it is difficult to stop juventus supremacy in the near future.

Juventus are still too strong for other Serie A teams. They collected 40 points from 14 games which is almost perfect. Even though there are still plenty of games in Serie A, but it seems the championship's title will belong to Juventus. The second place points, Inter Milan, is 11 points adrift which is a very wide gap in my opinion.
There is no doubt that this one team hasn't lost this season, the stronger it looks like the coach really has an amazing strategy in the league this time.14 games are only one that is odd and it also ends up balanced not losing, perfect indeed its amazing 40 points exceed the normal limit.
Maybe the other team must hand the Serie A title this season to Juventus. Series A is still interesting to follow, competition for next season's league championship tickets is very tight. Hopefully the A series can return to its heyday in the 1990-2000 era

I'm not sure Mourinho will last until next year.
Nah, the Man Utd board is too incompetent to find a proper replacement for Mou, either that or they're satisfied with how team is performing in the CL...but the match ended 2-2 so they'll keep Mou around a bit longer.

Looking forward to the derbys tomorrow, 6 straight hours of pure entertainment.

I was baffled with the defensive line up Mourinho sent out to play against Saints, a team that is struggling to win. I know he's trying to send a message to the board get me a central defender, but honestly they should sack him now, I feel he's crossed all lines now. These are my thoughts exactly the boardroom only understands money, and by qualifying for champions league next round he's got their kitty richer. However I hope the fans backlash makes them understand, that Mourinho needs to leave he's destroying the club piece by piece.

Nope.  Not until the end of the season imho.  Giving him the sack him now is gonna be like digging themselves further down the rut they're in.

United prolly should accept they suck, get rid of 'old guard', get a young manager with a fresh perspective in.  I like Eddie Howe.
Many news circulated that MU bosses did not comply with the transfer submitted by Mou. Currently MU will be more concerned with money than achievement. By the way Arsenal temporarily won 1-0 over the Spurs with an Aubameyang penalty.

Although he was left behind from Parma in the 49th minute, Milan were able to get up and win with a score of 2-1. Goals were scored by their young star P. Cutrone and Kessie penalty. While Milan are in position 4, 2 points ahead of Lazio who have not competed. Milan must be consistent if they want to return to champions league next season.

Week 14 Real Madrid will host Valencia, this is the moment for both teams to rise. Valencia was scattered in 12th position but only 3 points difference with real madrid in position 6. Solari's quality was tested again here.

Southampton against Manchester United and actually host team conditions is not in the good shape because Southampton can not win 7 times in a row and even last week they lost against Fulham and Manchester United should be utilize this match to get 3 points to lifted their positions and i think away team will have good chance to win because Man United in the good shape after get good results on champion league
For a while Manchester United fell 2-0 behind the hosts, I'm not sure Mourinho will last until next year. Until the 30th minute MU's game was very bad.

Liverpool must forget the defeat of PSG, they must focus on continuing the match in the English league. Liverpool will undergo a merseyside derby which will certainly not be easy. Liverpool must get up and win to keep sticking to Manchester City.

Well, that's that. A do or die win by 2 goals or more at Anfield. Big night, big prize at stake. Let's see where it goes. Will be one hell of a way to qualify if we do, and one hell of a way to get out if we don't. Thought Milner's penalty would bring about a decent 2nd half but felt we were just so frustratingly blunt all throughout. Damn cost me so much losing bets in this campaign. Sleeping it off.

I would call it one of the best performance from PSG honestly wasn't even expecting them to score, but they came with an intent and they took the deserving victory. I was surprised by the way Liverpool could not even get close to the ball, and whenever they did PSG players robbed them. The stats are damming for Liverpool who're known for attacking just one shot that to via a penalty. I believe Kloop will be under severe pressure if they loose to Napoli his job will come under scrutiny.
The last match against Napoli will determine Liverpool's fate in the champions league. They must win if you want to still survive here, if have to lose or draw I hope Liverpool can be consistent to win the English Premiere league title this season

Week 5 will be a life and death match for Spurs. They have to win if they don't want to go home from the championship league. And Inter Milan, I think going to play is safe, taking home 1 point is good.

week 5 for champions league, in group H Juventus vs Valencia and Manchester United vs Young Boys. Valencia must win to keep their chances of qualifying for the knockout stages. in group G Roma will host Real Madrid, maybe this only determines who will win the group.

The group H is a very interesting group if Valencia are to loose than Manchester United are through in the next round, however if Manchester United slip and Valencia wins i don't think people will be surprised. I do expect Juventus to win this match, considering they lost to Manchester United in champions league they would want nothing but an victory. Real Madrid must win this match not only to be on top of the group, but to save their managers job too.
I think I have to say goodbye to Valencia, the 6th match may not be decisive, Juventus have a big chance to win the group. For Valencia, good luck at Europa League.

The defending champions and rulers of the Bundesliga Bayern Munchen seem to have started this season not according to predictions, until the 12th week they were scattered in the 5th position by a difference of 9 points from leaders Dortmund. Looks like there will be a new champion in Germany. Dortmund only need to be consistent to make it happen.

It's sad to see Real Madrid's performance this season. Week 13 they were slaughtered by the Eibar class with a score of 0-3, very sad. I think Real Madrid won't get anything this season.
Madrid were humiliated several times this season especially when they were lost on el classico match but lost 3-0 from Eibar is poor performance and apparently although this season Madrid already buy several players but very unfortunate they still can not find Ronaldo replacement however i was wondering whether Madrid will sack Solari or not after seeing this result
For now, I don't think Solari can yet, maybe Solari will last until the end of the season, but it all depends on the president of Real Madrid. News circulating about madrid will bring cavani from PSG, in my opinion what is needed by Real Madrid today is a coach who is able to restore the mentality of the players who are destroyed.

^  OH right!  I totally forgot!  Yeah that's funny.  Now I really reeeaally want Ramos to come over and play for Man United.  Lol.  Grin

I really want Liverpool to get Real in the CL knockout stages (if we qualify of course).

I wanted them even in group stage so we could dump them out early, but well, can't ask for everything. We got Mo, Bobby and even Dejan all probably hoping to pull one back on them. No more Karius to tug at our nerves.

As it turns out though, we'll need to whoop PSG in Paris now, and then avenge the Napoli defeat at Anfield. Will not be easy. Will not be straightforward. But if we do emerge from this veritable Group of Death...

But back on point. Fulham back in relegation zone after Huddesfield did their own surprise win. Tight at the top but anyone notice how bloody tight at the bottom too?

Betting on Newcastle to win 3rd straight game is really tempting too, problem is the bookies seem to think that outcome is likely.
It will not be easy for Newcastle to beat the host Burnley, they both collected 9 points from 12 matches. Newcastle were slightly superior in terms of defense, they conceded 15 goals better than the hosts who conceded 25 goals. Maybe the final score is 1-2 for Newcastle.

Seeing Liverpool performance during the match it looks like Jürgen Klopp team will shift City at the top of the standings performing well in each of their matches, but It seems like the match will be presented by PSG who has agile attackers swooping like a fighter. This will definitely be difficult for van dijk And friend of defense Later.
Yes, the fight is very decisive for Liverpool to keep their hopes of qualifying for the championship knockout phase. I hope the Liverpool players are not exhausted and can still maintain the rhythm of the game quickly by Jurgen Kloop.

Slightly off topic but why are all these washed up super stars going to the MLS? First Beckham, then Zlatan and now Rooney.  That league has always been a joke and always will be.  Soccer (Football)  is like the fifth or sixth most popular sport in America and all the Americans I know could care less about it.  Wouldn't surprise me if Cristiano Ronaldo ends up in the MLS soon.
Yes, that's a real choice for former world soccer stars. Going to MLS on the remaining abilities is a good choice, where they can still get a decent salary at the end of their career, certainly difficult in old age to compete in the top European league.
