Re: Effect of fantasy sports to traditional gambling

Not really no, you can both bet on fantasy sports and regular sports and honestly if you were in it just to gamble, then you being counted out from traditional sports gamblers isn't really a negative since, well, you just placed yourself in your actual placement. Regular sports gamblers enjoy gambling both because it's a gamble and because the players involved are people you know (and possibly love/hate) due to watching them all the time and just in general enjoying the process of them playing the sport itself.

And I'd only ever consider an activity as gambling if money was involved. If it wasn't, then it's not gambling, it's gaming.

Lost profit, does that count? Didn't really spend any money though since my friend was lucky enough to get a free recommendation, so he added me! Honestly the advice was just a bunch of generic shit, backed with some stats yes, but idrk where or how they got them. As I've said before I do my own so I  also got some numbers with me. Some of it matched up, some just swerved so differently that idk wtf happened lol.

Don't really suggest joining them. You can do a lot more on your own imo. And free as well!

Okx? Bybit and Okx gamit ko after mawala ni Binance and I've never really had issues with them. Kahit mahold for security reasons wala.

Eto pa ngang tangang to akala nasa okx funds ko one time sinugod ko agad cs ng okx HAHAH nasa bybit wallet ko pala. Bilis naman sumagot cs ni okx so laking plus sakin. Bybit wala pa akong instance na need ko mag ask questions so di ko pa nattry, pero wala rin talaga pa kasi akong problem with them.

Binance still active naman I think? Di na siya actively hunted ng SEC (or they're just THAT bad at blocking us from sccessing them)

I meaan investments can still work, just that it's a lot better to start ( and do stuff ) on your own since you're able to optimize the business to possibly generate the maximum profits that you can. Personally I'd go for self development first but if what your business is has a sort of free platform to help you (like fb is to ecommerce) then I reckon doing that immediately would work.

Though I guess if you start investing in yourself, both learning wise and skill wise that would be pretty much two birds in one stone.

Didnt really regret losing money. I have regretted a few bets before though due to the sheer overconfidence that I had lol.

Anyhow bets are a type of thing you shouldn't feel guilty or regret about. If you are, that simply means you spent waaayyy well over your means , and that's honestly on you. I've never regretted gambling ever after I started managing my funds and finances properly

I mean yeah, sounds interesting. Just that, it's boring. You gambled to play and feel adrenaline. Betting you entire bankroll all at once in one game cuts off the session to like what, 10 seconds? Like tf a person gets enough enjoyment out of gambling from 10s. But that's in terms of enjoyment. In terms of statistics wellll, in terms of the casino profiting off of you it's still generally the same. I think the only thing you saved up was the crunched up time you spent to gamble $100 in 1 game instead of 100 games with $1.

I've personally done this before BUT not at the start of a session. Imagine I'm on a middle of a session and I get a call that needs me to do something. I just go yolo at a game sometimes and leave immediately after the game, whether it was profit or not.

And so why does it matter if it's working or not? Are you gonna stop helping people because, well, they don't want it/appreciate it? Helping is something YOU decided on. Accepting it is the responsibility of the other side. People share stories and try to help people because they want others to start moving for themselves. Most addiction cases only get fixed IF the person themselves takes the first step towards fixing themselves.

And well, if it makes you feel like it's a waste of time then I reckon you can stop. That wouldn't stop others who truly want to help though. I don't think anyone needs to be validated for trying to help others by others anyway.

Personally going for 120k-130k ish.  Anything beyond that just seems too big for me to assume lol. I generally like predicting a sort of softer minimums instead of extreme maximums. Like a price of 200k isn't just double the current price, it's a total of $100k increase, not something like from 10 to 20, or 100 to 200. Well I could be wrong, and I'd glad to be wrong, but yeah, I'd generally steer clear of overestimations especially when the price keeps going up to levels like this.

If we reach 120k before mid year then my mind might change, but it'd probably still only go to 150k, 160k tops.

Re: What is the best advise to give to a poor person to be rich?
by
Wexnident
on 12/05/2025, 12:00:50 UTC

The grind? At some minimum level, for a poor person to be rich they have to choose whether they WANT to live or whether they WANT to be rich. Now it usually varies since sometimes, a person just needs one lucky break, but sometimes it takes months, years and that's what depends on the luck. Nothing we can say can actually influence that. How he acts, maybe but again, they have to choose first before wanting to live or wanting to be rich.

And in addition, we may have seen people who became poor to rich or success stories, but they're probably 1 out of a hundred, a thousand, ten thousand people out there trying to be rich. That's why it's a risk.

Re: Has Anyone Actually Gotten One a No Deposit Bonus?
by

There's usually a catch with that lol. it's usually with withdrawals that get attacked, like having to wait X amount of days to withdraw money you won from it. Or even again, depositing not to avail the bonus, but to withdraw the win. I mean I'd imagine a casino going bankrupt if someone was just spamming account creations in their website and kept redeeming the bonus for free money lol.

Personally I've never heard of a "No deposit bonus" with no catches, ever. It just doesn't make sense from a business point of view lol. Might as well have just straight out given them the money instead of putting in all that effort.

Re: Is it possible to be a long-term profitable sports bettor without being able to

Oh it definitely carries the bet. It's the actual replacement of luck when comparing sports betting to regular gambling gamess, albeit it doesn't completely replace it all, but it does replace ALMOST all of it. As for how to make it, actually just depends on you, really. Personally I consider what I make slopshoddy but hey, it works (sometimes). Everyone has their own way of tabulating and calculating odds and statistics so just roll with it.

As for the rest of the stuff you need, while yeah they just reduce the pace you lose your money they're still pretty important stuff to consider. I mean my total bet per game adjusts not just in my predictions but also based on my risks that I got.
