Anyone want some bankcoin? I still don't understand why the wallet has so many active connections.

It is weird, I left the wallet running just for giggles and today there's 8 active connections to the bankcoin network.  For the last few months there was maybe half that number.

I just switched some to P2P to diversify my mining operation.

It's a great buying opportunity these days.  With bullion prices at record lows, it makes the potential for profit that much higher.  If I was running the reserve, I'd be buying like crazy right now to fill the reserve with ultra cheap bullion, down the road. 

When the atms start proliferating and Bitcoin and BIG are available on the same atms, it'll be interesting to see what people buy.  My guess is that the non-initiated public will feel better about a backed cryptocurrency.  I've been mining a little to support the network, and buying a lot to gain spots on the rich list.

+1 Makes it easier for me to gain positions on the rich list. 

By selling a little bit at a low price on the exchange I can double or triple the amount I mine, because it keeps the big rigs from autoswitching to the most profitable crypto.  Ultimately this coin has something backing it, unlike many others.  Banks have reserves in Gold.  I prefer to have my Bitcoin reserves in BigBullion.
