IEO's are quite popular that is true, but only on really big exchanges and I wouldn't say they are good for crypto in general. So I don't see that as a priority for exchange as Xebr this early on.

You should read whitepaper, Agate is basicaly Paypal 2.0 with all that it is offering.

You would get reward by percenateg of profit you get if you suggest good company and its accepted.For me that would be reward enough

Maybe theoretically 1 AGT will be enough,but that wont make any sense,to stake such a low amunt as you would barely get any profit from that.

Well, that may look like nothing, but that means that a lot of people will be able to stake and that is a good thing.

Not a lot of people, but everyone will be able to stake with this requirement This requirement should be increased to some reasonable level, so there is more interest in AGT tokens. It shouldn't be too high or course, but still more than 1 AGT.
I really don't see the reason for that.It is open for everyone no matter how big or small they are.

To think small gives the same work of thinking big, it is a great project, audacious, I hope that the return is as planned. Startups are a great investment, a unicorn would be the complete accomplishment ...

I have heard about Faba from a friend and have been reading through this topic a bit.I'm interested, but would like to know what kind of returns can we expect if we don't have enough funds to vote for companies that will be offered?
Your returns comes to you according to the amount of tokens you hold. There is no special formula.
How often will you pay out dividend?
I presume it will be yearly, same as it is with stocks.I could be wrong though.
It makes sense,or maybe make it quarterly,i think investors would like that even more,to get funds more often
Can that even be done? I'm not sure that you can just set it up anyway that suits you, there are certain things that need to be fulfilled so investor can receive dividends.

When we get bounty tokens?Any chance that you distribute tokens before main sale and then lock them?That way noone would be able to sell them while having their earned tokens.
Tokens will be distributed after the sale, as always.
People are getting abit restless a it's been a while since bounty finished.
Its been a while since end of presale and bounty.presale buyers are also waiting for their tokens,like bounty hunters?
Really not sure about that as I haven't bought AGT during presale, but I think no tokens have been distributed yet.

We raised USD 2 576 573 in private sale in FIAT. We continualy invest in promising companies even during the ICO (the portfolio top companies are mentioned on our website) therefore we can afford the longer raising period considering the hardcap of USD 67 m.
What kind of superior features are you speaking of, to be more precise? This is not a complicated project and that is one of advantages of Faba.

Thanks. Since ICO price is 1 FABA =$1 that means $2000 worth of FABA is needed to have voting right. Pretty reasonable I think.
Exactly! You are correct. $2000 worth of Faba tokens is what every Investor must hold to share from our dividends portal!

Most likely you are right since it is not the amount of Faba tokens that you need, but 2k USD is what you need to be able to vote.

There will be mining but block rerward will be lower,it will be 2 eth ,down from 3 eth.
Do you think that ETH price will ever go back to previous all time high?

Can't remember exactly, since I did not buy any in private sale, but there was some discount included.Original price was 0.076 USD.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily.

I think there will be no mining when it comes to Agate. Agate will be POS.

Since it will be proof of stake system,it will be abit more complicated than that.
Yeah, it won't be a wallet kind of staking, it will be staking through pools.
How will that work? I have never tried staking that way before, usually you have a wallet and you put it in the staking mode and that is it.How much AGT do we need to stake? Is 1 AGT for example going to be enough to theoretically stake?
When Agate main net is released then you will have more public pools and you will be able to join them and then stake your AGT in one of the pools you choose. If that option is not for you, you can also run your own masternode instead.
What are the requirements to run your own masternode? I presume it won't be cheap to run one on your own.

That would be really good to know, but I think it is impossible to estimate at this moment, maybe in the next month or so.
I hope it will be much more then I expect, wouldn't mind to be pleasantly surprised by something like that in this bear market
This situation might slow down adoption abit,people will be less reluctant to use cypto at the moment i think,but quality ideas will survive,like Agate,especially if they get crypto debit card out.

Your idea is magnificent. I do not understand how you intend to interact with the authorities of different States. Without their help, your project is not really contribute to public life. They can not be used as you suggest.
I think that they plan to sign partnership with goverments.Thats the only way to deal with that,so government bodies can verify documents.
Well you won't need government for all the types of verification, universities and health institutions can do that for themselves without government.Imagine that like gym membership, they don't need government to verify you are the member of the gym
