Bottlecoin was launched in the interest of fair distribution. Miners from all around the world have added to the network to create one of the strongest decentralized networks in existence. There is no ICO, no pre-mine, no masternodes, or any other gimmicky feature, and you can mine BOTLEC using AMD or NVIDIA GPUs. Bottle is focused on maintaining a decentralized network and the core developers have expressed their intent to change the algorithm should an ASIC ever be launched on Bottle's network.

This can also give more value to the project itself. As a token flipper it may be not a good investment, but it may be fantastic to hold on it. It will give contributors less motivation to sell. And more reasons to hold on to their token which in the long run will make the project more successful and create a higher marketcap!

So, what do you think is the true value of this coin?
You can do your own logic. Just take into account that this project has more advanced development than other projects from the same field and they are valuated much higher. The closest valuation I would consider realistic for Elastic is in the Golem range, and much higher after the full client is released.
You have a good point. Now, correct me if I am wrong. But doesn't XEL supply is 100,000,000 XEL vs Golem 1,000,000,000 GNT. Shouldn't this be a big factor when it comes to XEL vs GNT price?

I didn't invest in this coin, but I wish I did. People all the time invest in coins that has absolutely not value. This coin actually has a purpose and a clear and defined objective. It shows the true potential of the Blockchain technology. But apart from that, if what you care about is just money, it's obvious that this coin will go over $1 in no time. I mean, they are going after a huge market, which is web advertising. Even if they just get a small percentage of it, because big G and giant F already dominate it, they will still make a chunk of money.
Most coins raise in value based on expeculation, here is a coin with actual value. I see it as a great long term investment.
I know people are worried about the whole 30 seconds 31M deal. What I think is that a few people saw the true potential of this coin and an opportunity to make lots of money, so they bought it.
It's still not too late though, if I was you, I would get this coin now that it's under a dollar, once it hit $1, it won't come down. By the time this whole project is finished, 1 BAT will be equal at least $3-$5
