It will take time to understand what i am saying but when you manage big portfolio of clients then you will understand this.
1. USD has appreciated its value with more than 10% over EURO.
2. In May 2017 BTC was 2000$ , so 10,000 USD could bring his 5 BTC , which would be around 900,000$+ currently.

Yes, he would've made more money selling his alts at their BTC ATH, but the second best option was to buy these altcoins in May
Holding BTC from may till now wouldn't have netted him nearly as much as he has now
You want to increase your property 100 times. This is not an easy thing to do while the crypto market is currently quite complex. You can also do this if you have the right investment strategy and efficiency. Follow me and you can track down and invest in low value altcoin to increase the price.

I agree, seems like a good idea to do at least some basic checks. Many other airdrops have been ruined without them.

Just checked my bittrex account, was previously a legacy account but has now been downgraded to basic with crap 3 btc daily limit.
Everyone needs to checkout barterdex by supernet. A fully decentralised and trustless exchange with atomic swaps.
It's working with an ugly gui and early days but these guys need all the support we can give them.
