FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

We are delighted to announce the FARAD (FRD) swap-back request period has officially been launched.

The start of the swap-back request period is from 21st December, 2017 to 12th March, 2018.

For details on this and the wallet address, please visit https://farad.energy/swapback

We are also thrilled to inform the FARAD community that future swap-backs (from 20th June 2018 onwards) will be done through the much-anticipated Virtue Exchange (VXE) Trading platform.

More details will be made available before 21st March 2018

Stay tuned for more details on this on Farad.energy website.

End

1. When does the payment happen after the swap? In march or when the total is reached?
2. Is the value of the ETH paid out calculated at time of swap or whenever ETH is paid out?

Need to be more clear on these

I mentioned that I struggled a bit on KYC level 2. Apparently, if KYC is rejected, the button 'upgrade KYC' becomes available again in the app. No further message or warning. Via a Google search I learned that the reason for rejection of level 2 KYC can be found under Account Settings. Apparently, my 'proof of address' was rejected.

I sent a copy of my tax application for vehicle tax: cannot become more official than that but apparently that is not good enough for TenX  Cool Trouble is that all utility services are registered on the name of my partner. So how to proceed?  Huh Roll Eyes

I used my driver's licence as here it has your address on.

As for your application- if you filled in the application I imagine it wouldn't be. Perhaps the reply to your tax application instead?

yes but i think ask a lot of money, auhtorizaion and legal process, right ?

I assume you mean to become an issuer/ get a banking licence.

And yet, you are correct. Basically as much work as it would take to open a bank.

Being international makes it even harder as it would not be just one Banking Licence.

They would need one for Europe, one for the US and so on. Basically one for each area they want to operate in.

My above post doesn't really explain anything and almost constitutes FUD in my eyes. More specifically:

TenX is a Third Party Agent with Visa.

This means they do NOT have direct access to the Visa Network and so can only do limited things.

They can not issue cards themselves but can do the following whilst working with and issuer:

1. Process card applications for new cards on behalf of their Issuer.
2. Provide Customer service for their clients

3. Sell prepaid Cards on behalf of their issuer
4. Load prepaid Cards
5. Activate prepaid cards.

Looking at the above do you see why I do not think it is a big deal?

Being an issuer (requiring a banking licence ) would be far more exciting don't you think?

so partnership between TenX and VISA is not a big deal then?

Which other companies have similar deals?

Monaco has the same.

Partnership is a strong word in this case- it implies both sides gain equally, which isn't quite the case. My local gas station has the same thing for their fuel cards.

It is just a small step on a huge road ahead!

The main thing it gives is the ability to issue cards with their own BIN- Much like a personalised car reg- looks flashy but doesn't really matter.

The great news will be when TenX has their own Banking Licence- That will be news worthy!

It's funny how some cryptos make a big deal out of this and hype it all over. Tenx just makes it happen Smiley

@Tenx do you guys also plan to have multiple cards with higher tier cards having bigger perks or will there be a one size fits all solution as is now? Honestly I like the current situation where everyone is treated equally.

- Just thought I would drop this here.

TenX is a visa program manager. Funny that some projects have created a lot of excitement for the same thing- proof of which I can not find- and yet, it means very little actually to the end user- Me!

Im not from Tenx but I am fairly certain the only different card is the Limited Edition Founders card from the token sale. The only difference is it was free and looks different.

I like Tenx as everyone is equal on the card side. Only people who get more are people with more tokens. More tokens = more rewards.

Happy Days!

- I'll ask your question in the chat though and see if a different answer comes back. As far as I know Tenx don't reply on this forum.

Anybody know how many total TENX cards have been in circulation so far? I cant find these kind of statistics anywhere in their site.
Does anyone got a TenX card yet? Dividends on PAY token come from a additional 0.5% fee on when people buy is that right? When will PAY dividends start to be payed?

Approximately 20,000+ cards, reading between the lines of what is said in their videos. I could be wrong though. They don't want to tell because they don't want to give their competitors information.

I already received my card, I use it almost everyday. Works like a charm, i never had any issues with app or card.

It is a temporary card even though I live in the EU. They told me that I will receive another card for free when the new worldwide issuer is starting deliveries.

I'm guessing there will be 100k+ cards at that point. Their competitors will have a lot of ground to cover when they are ready.

The first dividend payment will come after the Metropolis update of Ethereum. It will be almost a 6-month payment, after that it should be paid monthly. It is not paid by adding an additional fee, but by part of the standard credit card fee the seller has to pay. Most buyers don't know this, the price stays the same to them.
But yes, 0.5% from every sale.

I think it may be closer to 50K cards-

When Julian mentioned that the reason ETH hasn't been activated on everyone's cards/ app yet he said:

"Our current solution can only be scaled to 50K users and if we activated it for everyone now it would not work " - Or something along those lines.

Now whether that means 50K app downloads or 50k cards is open to debate :-)

Julian has mention it- in one of the last updates he said it would be just after Ethereum's Metropolis upgrade

When is the credit card going to launch?

They are sending them out in batches atm. Im hoping to get my card this month.
You can order and pay for it through the App, price is 15$. But you will most likely have to wait for the next sendout If you order now and get it sometime in october/november.

The beta card has been launched. They are currently using a partner which is no longer supplying cards to the US.
However in the same time TenX has requested a official banking license (which should be active in the next 6 months). Whenever they have this license they will be able to issue cards to everywhere again.
For the moment the EU cards are being sent.

They have never actually supplied cards to the US- this was and still is planned for Q4 (Oct- Dec).

As for the wavecrest thing, they always planned to use a different issuer who will be announced early next month who will issue cards to everyone.

This is speculation but I think the new issuer will bridge the US gap too.

In terms of the credit card launch, nothing is concrete yet- The above poster may be mixing up Debit and Credit cards as the language is different in different parts of the world.

Really disapointed about this dip Sad

But why? If you look at there massive surge up it went from roughly 30k (rough ico price) to 157k sats. thats a 5x and now it has retraced, but is still up 2.5X!! So either

a) you bought in higher and are down right now
b) clearly dont believe in project or have the vision it has, in which case hop out dude
c) if small swings get you upset, your not made for this game. move on

could be any of those 3 or another but either way it was bound for a retracement, and once they launch their app and it works, it will shoot back up. have patience.

patience is KEY in this industry

i do believe in you either. However, it also meaning, that they cannot hold the price to the stability. Which means, there is a flaw in their projects.

I think you are looking at this the wrong way- Tenx should have no interest in the actual price of their tokens- If they did put a lot of effort into pumping them or stabilising them I would be concerned.

- On a selfish note, I do hope it continues to drop over the next few weeks so I can get more- however (imo) this is unlikely as the team have been great at hitting their milestones on time and as promised!

Will Tenx card have similar issue like many other Visa based card providers which have stopped shipping cards outside of EU?

Can I order this card and know it ll work for me since I m not EU?

According to Julian, Tenx is moving to a new issuer soon who will not have this issue-

Important to note that is move was on the roadmap and not forced by the Wavecrest thing.

As for a card- I will be waiting to order once the new issuer is announced despite being in the EU.
