$3000 for 1 ETH? Impossible! Who told you that?

Divide $1000 into some parts. For instance: 20% can go to ETH (coz I believe it's a good investment), 30% can be invest in XRP (which is really low now, and is trading at $0.53, according to coin360). The rest can be invested in BTC as the most stable coin. You don't need to spend the whole amount on 1 coin.

You pay with your data. They must have collected your email, name, phone, gender, address and all the information you filled in. But I can not say it's a scam. They may test a new technology or measure demand.
For instance, facebook is also free just because your personal data is sold to the third parties and marketing companies who set the targeting ad for you.

I will always check bitcointalk, CMC, OFX and then sometimes facebook groups but facebook has really lost quality content anymore, CCC used to be good years ago but not anymore.

I was about to write the same 2 sources that you did. I love cryptocurrency subreddit and bitcointalk coz people are really here to help you

Yesterday I saw on coin360 that ETH dropped by 28% over the last month.
Anyway, I think that you should hold it at least til the end of the year.

The biggest difference between ETH and bitcoin is smart contract that makes it possible for ETH holders to buy some digital things like crypto collectibles and be used in different way.

there isn't one resource that covers all crypto, but the Internet. You need to learn first. Read the articles, ask particular questions here and everything will be fine!
I made so many mistakes with trading, invested money in scam ICO (not that much).

I don't know, I guess personally I feel like there is nothing but I remember reading somewhere that we are all made of energy and according to physics, energy can't be deleted, it just changes at certain points. I guess I can keep an open mind about it but I like to appreciate life all the more because of it.

It was great but I can't believe they cut the episodes down to 7. even though the episodes are longer, still not a enough time for as season.
