The coin is really worthless at the moment, we're basically doing a completely new coin, which takes time, since most of us, the current developers of RACE coin, live in different timezones, have our own main jobs and personal lives outside of the world of cryptos and the internet.
We decided to work on this project volunteerly. We're trying to revive a crypto which was dead for weeks.
It's a great opportunity for us to bring our own ideas to reality, and it's a task full of challenges.
The original RACE coin was a copy/paste of other cryptos (mostly Dash). It wasn't a big deal for the original developer to create a sh!tcoin this way, and then disappear. Our goal is to go right in the opposite direction: to create a crypto with a transparent background and real service behind it. Since RACE already has a bad reputation, we're not starting from 0, but from let's say -100. (Thanks RaceCrypto user, i know you read it...
) But this is what we decided to do, you can't blame us for it 
We're also working on solution to compensate as many users as possible, so you will be able to swap your old coins to the new ones. More on that later. Keep in mind, that if we want to succeed, we need to keep as much info as possible for data analysis (i mean, forum, posts, links, snapshots of the blockchain, etc)
As soon as we have a tested, working coin, we'll do all the necessary stuff like new ANN, forum, etc. and clean up as much garbage as possible. Until then, I'll post weekly updates here, and if you want to know more details, join our discord group at: https://discord.gg/P4bzzS6 (permalink)

Indeed, Discord channel is closed. How sad. The first failed crypto project I witnessed from the start. Must admit it didn't look suspicious but there you go.
You have a very impressive amount of merit points! How do you get them? Thank you, please teach us humble members with no merit points.
If you are not being cynical, and really want to improve your post quality you should go and read this thread. There are some really fine advices there. I would suggest you check this two first:

I think there are a few misconceptions on your post.
I agree with that part that people who want to improve will stay on this forum, but I don't agree with the "make money part". I'm sure this was one of the reasons why the spam started in the first place. People start making post to reach a certain number criteria, and didn't really cared about having discussions with other users.
You are seeing merit as a form of exchange, and you should actually see it as a form of connecting with others. You give merit if you like what you've read. You should not be expecting to get merit back, because you gave merit to someone else. Don't look to merit as a coin.
Well just try to have a real discussion with users from this forum. Read their posts, and try to see what they are talking about, and participate in their conversation. Use this forum as a forum, and not as a way to get paid.
Basically stop thinking about getting merit, and you will probably start getting some without even knowing it.

Does anyone know how to get RACE included in Coinranking https://coinranking.com/? I find it rather useful for monitoring of prices and it would be good to have RACE in the list. Thank you.

You can find in the Masternodes tab, you just need to put it in the lower search box. It does come up and shows status WATCHDOG_EXPIRED. You will need to refer to set up intstructions.
The status is still the same, WATCHDOG_EXPIRED. Maybe you need to wait a bit.

Have you tried searching by RACE address?
If in the Masternodes tab on the right hand side it says ENABLED against your address, then you are on. It will also show what IP address.

is there any way for me to find a list of all the masternodes out there? i put one online, it should be ok but i want to doubnle check..still no payments yet
There is a tab in the block explorer that lists all masternodes and gives their status: https://explorer.racecrypto.com/masternodes
Put in your masternode address and it should come up. If it is shown as enabled, it is on.
Information in the wallet shows that out of 138 MNs only 105 are enabled - so definitely good to check.

I have been paid without any issues for my sig, if you follow the rules.
Yeah, obviously they are paying some people, otherwise everyone would be freaking out and dump the coin. They are just dragging it out and making excuses to not pay some of us. I figured after three weeks they would mix it up and not pay different people, but nope, three weeks with no coins for me. Check my posts yourself. And yes I have been in touch with them, just excuse after excuse. I figured most people would be able to figure it out on their own when the dev's said that 1150 people were fake the first week and only 50 were legitimate. If they would have paid me just one time since February 3rd when I started this, I wouldn't have given up on them, but not a single coin. Apparently the negative posts and my negative signature isn't worth the couple coins to them which is very telling of how they will handle things in the future. There will be some of you who blame me and many who will defend the dev here, so each person is going to have to make up their mind on their own. Good luck to everyone invested and I hope the coin has a good future and that the dev's rethink their strategy.

We have paid everyone that followed the rules. Sure, there were a few mistakes but we have taken care of those and paid.
If people do not sign up with a valid profile URL or do not follow the rules it is not our fault. If you think there is an error, talk to us on the Discord. It's the quickest way to resolve the issues.
I did not receive payment in the past week, because I could not fulfill some requirements. But now I have doubts.
There is no need to re-register if you already provided all necessary information. If you comply with the rules and fulfil all requirements, you will get your reward.
