well if the masternodes are still working fine I suggest to people to pick up more coins while they are this cheap and stake them
The devs pattern seems to be to stay away for a few weeks then to come back and deliver something. Nothing else to do but stake until he delivers something again or until it is the end. All time that coins sit on the exchange is loss of staking income for in case something happens in the future.
If we get dropped by the sole exchange though, that would be very hard to come back from. Which will happen without a more active Dev.
Masternodes get 66,6% and staker 33,3% which is very nice and it is much more profitable to have a masternode compared to just staking. There is room for improvement though because the price is currently a bit low. There are several factors at play to determine profitability: - number of masternodes - there are 6 currently - number of coins being staked. Since there is no fixed number of coins per block, it means that stake is a % of coins being staked and therefore the more coins being staked the larger the stakes. Most people seem to have left their coins on the exchange after the swop. If more people can move their coins from the exchange and stake, the larger the rewards will become. - the dev's plans and roadmap. If the dev can publish his plans and the plans can excite the community, demand and buy orders will grow, increasing the price that will increase profitability.
Thanks for that explanation. Can you link the instruction how to run masternode?
It is a few posts back. Where would you like it to be linked?
Is there a way to lock the masternode addresses with the 10k in them so that they do not get split up in anyway, I keep having mine stop since the inputs are split instead of being a single input of 10k.
Yes. I am busy writing a guide for setting MN that I will post here. Your problem is probably because you are missing "staking=0" in the local woc2.conf file on your PC.
I was missing it, added, thanks man.

Aren't POS mined coins from Masternodes supposed to be valid after 188 confirms? Everything I have staked with Masternodes is "missing" from my wallet, I have the same balance.
The full amount of the stake is shown, but after it confirms when you close the wallet and open again you will see only the MN portion accredited to you. This is normal.
PS: I think you are doing something wrong with your MN setup. They seem to work as designed.
My block rewards were coming across with incorrect values, that's why it wasn't adding up. I .old'd my appdata directory dropped my conf and wallet file back in and resync'd. That fixed the values. Back to Masternode staking.
It seems the block rewards are still not showing their value correctly:

Any idea on how to stop the masternodes from going down? I just had to start again?
