I believe someone already did that and figured its at block 1,000,000 but I havent reviewed myself.
I dont know the ins and outs of an effective revival or takeover but if we can band 5-6 of us together and make some plans, Im down to talk.

Yes, This project looks abandoned. There is nothing alive any more. I tried to send mail to contact also but no answer.
The only known contact is the Coppercoin user here and he/she is relatively silent. Ive asked on multiple occasions how to help the community.
Is there a way we can keep the project going without him? Seem like mining is working OK, the big question is staking (when, how, where?). Maybe someone more technologically savvy can review the code and try to figure things out?

the opening post says "Last PoW Block 1,000,000" and someone earlier in the thread said Staking was not live yet
but who knows, I'm as confused as you are.
Has this project been abandoned as far as development goes?

thanks for taking the steps to have this coin added to CMC. What else can expect in terms of development? any interesting features in the whitepaper or development roadmap goals?

Lol everything is realistic, but it demands work and not only from devs but mostly community. Yea in 2018 it might be realistic price 0.01, but why look things at short term. How about year 2025?
Expect a lot of long awaited work to be done in 2018.

It's a risk associated with virtually all crypto projects. I love Reggie's current strategy of focusing on smaller markets like Jamaica (he also mentioned some African nations). Those countries have fewer vested interests and may be more open to market innovation. If he can be successful there the sky is the limit because other countries will follow. Emerging markets countries are desperately looking for an edge in the fight for growth, Reggie has tools to offer them.
Either way, I think ultimately VERI is so powerful that it will steamroll all obstacles and find ways to succeed.
