Re: Should I buy BItcoin or Litecoin

Bitcoin is better in terms of reliability, litecoin seems more polished and also seems to have learn about it's competition, while bitcoin is still kind of the same as years ago, but is still the most valuable also so I would pick that up.

I think we should be aiming the spotlight to some other candidates apart from bitcoin and ethereum, I think Dash is doing an amazing job as well as EOS, the thing is that those projects are way more recent and need more popularity.

Tha gambling field is really suitable to blockchain, I've seen a lot of projects related to it make some progress recently, however those that promise rewards just by playing them without any risk, those may be an scam.

Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin?

Well, bitcoin dropped and ethereum dropped too recently, and now they are recovering at pretty much the same pace so I still think there is a relation between them, however, other altcoins do seem more independant day by day.

It is definitely one of the most thrilling markets out there, if not, the most thrilling hands down, suitable for those looking for high returns but that don't have a problem taking so much risks, though I think those people represent a minority of the investors in general.

Re: Short term Trading investment or Bounty campaigns?
by

on 13/09/2018, 22:46:31 UTC
Everyone has their own financial conditions, some love to do trading, some have not enough money for trading and some don't want to take any risk. According to me, $400 is sufficent for start trading in crypto. You can buy any cheap altcoins which is trustable and have good project, so that it will provide you profit in future. Otherwise, you should do bounties as well because bounty take only investment of time.
Daily trading is not for everyone, it also dependson the goal that the person has in mind, but bounty campaigns in general are safer, as you only invest a bit of your time in completing them.

ICO projects keep existing and there are still a great amount of investors so, I won't say that everysingle one of the ICOs are scams, it is just that the amount of scams in general increased considerably.

Ethereum is currently a bit over 200 usd mark, so a lot of things happened in just a few days, one of them is it's drop to 170 usd!, though I think what is upfront is an steady progress on it's value.

Yeah, actually, the biggest part of projects out there are scams, but KYC is still a good way for the managers of legit projects to verify the credibility of their investors so you can't blame them for that.

I am holding bitcoin in the biggest part, then eth, eos and Ada, and doing not too much with them, probably going to invest on some other coins to see if I can trade them on a daily basis.

I still have high hopes on both of them, but particularly more on ADA, I prefer more recent projects as they seem to have greater capabilities of growing.

Well, ethereum dropped even more, so I am not surprised if it keeps dropping to under 100 usd, the best thing to do is to focus on something else, like dash or ripple.

I am one that believes that cryptocurrencies would start to become more important in just a few years, people will notice the potential it has, the real one, and stop focusing on just the trading part.

It is rather hard to tell, who knows, maybe we can get them to an application they belong to, the thing is that the majority of those coins are just there to be listed on exchanges and get profits by just being in the market.

Thanks to all investors for the experience they share. It is better to always learn from others' mistakes than on your own. But every investor and trader will have a lot of mistakes, you need to accept this.
Thank god, there are people that give advices on social media, without them I don't know where I would be, the market strategy is too complex for newbies to learn by themselves.

Ethereum had the potential to surpass bitcoin at some point but I think that time already passed, it keeps being a good piece of investments but lacks promising ideas.
