I am also interested in these questions. But most of all, I would like to know why this fork is needed? In order for the team to earn money on shitfork? Why create a bunch of forks forks? Is project Monero (XMR) is not successful and cant cope with their goals and objectives? What is MoneroV for when there is Monero (XMR)?
This coin is definitely undervalued, underrated, and underappreciated.
I think it still has a good chance after another wider market bull run because it offers the Fungibility of Monero XMR with a finite hard capped supply similar to BTC.
Why do you think MoneroV is "undervalued, underrated, and underappreciated"? In almost a year, the 1 "dev" in the project is only copying and pasting Monero code.
MoneroV continues to pretend they are developing... what they are really doing is just copying and pasting old Monero commits and creating ridiculous info-graphics.
Good luck to XMV, the cap on permanent inflation may be a very smart move.
It all depends long term on whether the fee market is adequate to support a network (with coins like Bitcoin and XMV) vs XMR's 0.6 infinite emission curve.
This a rip off from the Monero Integrations team. All MoneroV did was change the names, removed the donation address, shamelessly uploaded the repo to remove all the commit history of the original developers instead of just forking it.
Then why did the Monero team hire shitty shills like you?
Hire? I point out the ridiculousness of the MoneroV project for free all day long. Seriously, look at their GitHub repo and compare it to Monero's. A total joke. What is even more laughable is the main selling point of supposedly a "finite coin supply" BUT they never updated the code and in fact, MoneroV has an unlimited supply. https://github.com/monerov/monerov/blob/e7150601695c38a670a78bf06d5f224a8cf12728/src/cryptonote_config.h#L58

Yeah, development for that application stopped a few months ago. It is very buggy. You should use the command line wallet of the latest release here: https://github.com/wownero/wownero/releases/latest
There is a proposal for a Light Wallet here: https://funding.wownero.com/proposal/17. Anyone who would like to see an easy to use wallet with a graphical interface, please consider donating.
Seems like there is no development at all... No updates, no new exchange no announcement....
Why would they care. The "devs" and Bytecoin/HitBTC collaborators already wash traded the pre-mined profits out months ago. Maybe a pump and dump telegram group will bring some life into this decomposing turd of a project.
