For me its quite simple to understand what is happening, its not "free" to become part of the traditional market, and when you become part youa re gonna start experiencing the bad things about him, for example market manipulation or forcing positions because they have more quantity/force to move in one direction or another.

And that is what they are doing right now, they are selling some and waiting to the price drop a little and rebuy again below the start price. That mixed with miners taking profit, rumours of some BTC coming from MTgox made this pressure in the sell book.

But nothing dificult to overcome, we have time and true in our side, just HODL.

What are you talking about guys? Step by step, dont rush over the things.

First we need to see BTC breaking into the ETF and other related things, and just after that we can start to expect and see for other coins.

Brazil adopting LTC as a legal tender?Huh Why? Because you want that?.

I support LTC in someways but please be carefull with your claims guys.

If you sweat every $100-200 move in the current btc price, then you are over-invested.

BTW, Lawrence Livermore (as depicted/documented in the linked book) said that if you start thinking that profit in your investment would immediately "pay" for something, then Mr. market tends to punish you (almost immediately).

https://www.amazon.com/Reminiscences-Stock-Operator-Edwin-Lef%C3%A8vre/dp/0471770884

If you sweat every $100/200 move in btc price you are not built to this, and better go out and work, you dont have the faith and the spirit to take this ride. Easy as that, also i dont like that kind of person, that persons are the ones who start to spread FUD for minimal movements like that.

Its Google new politics about Gmail accounts entering in the head of some of our guys? WTF man, stop that of stole money from dormant wallets, we CANT know who its really dormant or not.

Entering to move something from time to time make you a lot more insecure against all. The risk increase a lot for only have to made a transaction to confirm you are still on charge on that wallet. No way.

I was reading the thread and i saw someguy said something like in 100 years that BTC from dormant are gonna be released bla bla.....

Man in 100 years or much less BTC its gonna be dead or upgraded or whatever, the velocity of development in the world its huge, think in this way, we are not so far from when the gold patron was taken down, and the time between changes only shorten.....

Re: Bitcoin to $120k next year - by Robert Kiyosaki
by
Wrathofcoins
on 02/08/2023, 23:41:26 UTC
First, I think people are exaggerating the fall of the US dollar. This is not the first time that the dollar will be in a tight situation, but it's still the top currency out there.
Even if the dollar will truly die, it will not happen overnight. It won't even happen in one year. With how bad the dollar is doing right now, it's still better to hold the dollar than a lot of other currencies.

I think the same way, most of the people its talking about USD dollar falling like a currency of a third world country, and that its not gonna happen, well not right now or in the upcoming years.

About Kiyosaki, he is a smart person and also a businesman, so he know the next and actual generations of youngs are full on crypto, so he needs to catch that train and going up with that one, so he can still selling whatever he wants to sell.

And he made a positive but cautelouse prediction about BTC.

Getting sick from all those woke, anti-white, transgenders, political correctness bullshit these days.

Jezus.. Disney really wants to go bankrupt even after $900 million mega flops.

What's next; Mel Gibson playing Martin Luther King, Morgan Freeman as Nicola Tesla.

Really tired of this shit.

I also think Disney dont think so much on money they are pumping by the goverment and $oro$ and other peoples who push that narrative.

WE also have other problem with ton of new "degree" people who come out of the university with their head full of that pop, so they do it for free.

So you started the thread talking about goverment and after that you put as reference a Blackrock article...

Well goverment in reallity moves slow in all and i dont think they have a stand or position on crypto they only repeat they dont know what really its and they need to regulated and bla bla bla.

About Blackrock, man dont take them seriously they only make money, they dont contradict themselves, they dont give a fuck about what its or morals, they said its a "index of moneylaundery" OK but can we do money from that index? that its the only question that matter for Blackrock or that kind of companies. They dont have a stand or thinks about X.

I think the only main problem its most of the people still doesnt use the correct tools, its like i put an screw with a plier instead of a screwdriver.
Well this its the same thing, the exchange like his name says its for exchange and make movements, not to save your coins, but most of the people use them like a wallet, so from that comes the troubles.

Its easy as that. Use the things correctly and you are not gonna have any issue.

Whatever effect brrr has, it takes years if not decades to play out.
With the electorate that cannot put two and two together, the effects are unclear.
Of course, 'hiding' in bitcoin provides some solace.

Gov debt is at 30+ tril, right?
Now, imagine it at 40 tril...basically the "same" thing.
Then, 50 tril....same vibe.
It works until it doesn't....but it is unknowable when that happens.

I can see some situation developing in maybe 10 years, though, as by then the Trust fund for social security would be depleted (google it, projected numbers are from 2032-2034) and boomers would "suddenly" lose 20-24% of their social security payments. That would be a "joke" millennials could play on them in lieu of "making" most of real estate unaffordable.

Well in the end this its the actual stage of capitalism, full consumption.

Owning its forbidden. The WEF said it clearly and loud," you are not gonna own nothing, but you are gonna be happy ". Sounds more like a evangelic church right?

JUST IN: BTC Dominance surges above 50% for the first time since May 2021 👀🙌

This its very important for me, like i can see the only coin who managed to have a big share of that its ETH and for me ETH its losing momentum and its good for BTC, ETH only strength was the "smartcontract" and some related things, but with tons of other blockchain solutions for that, and high fees ETH its losing power and BTC its reclaiming what was his.

Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe?
by
Wrathofcoins
on 16/06/2023, 22:28:44 UTC
Decentralized casinos, which operate on blockchain technology, sometimes offer an alternative to traditional casinos by providing more anonymity and removing the need for KYC but obviously they are not entirely foolproof either. As with any online activity, there are inherent risks so using the reputate sites, checking in the forum... those are required.

Yes, but they ended having problems and implement the KYC if the business its doing good and starts tod evelop that "problem", for problem i mean, goverment or agencies who wants info for them and the players.

So you need to be very carefull choosing a good casino and also, making the move before they start to want the KYC done and move to another who still dont need KYC.

Alcohol is a fucking bitch, it's hitting you worse every year you get older.
Congrats for quitting, it's the very first step, and if you remember to not forget that it's useless and neurotoxic, you will stay away.
I, for myself, got fed up feeling control loss with advancing age when i was drunk. That was the experience which made me keep my hands off it, while i do drink a few times a year, but i handle it very differently than before.
My father died after multiple organs failed. Reason: Painkillers and alcohol.
My mother is on the edge of dementia in her early 70s, started her fifth withdrawal last week (benzos, Z's and alcohol) and that is keeping me busy at the time.
No details this time, it's exhausting to even think about the current situation.
I can only urge to try keeping your hands off it. forever.

Now imagine the harm we are gonna have in the next year when the generation of drugs+alcohol reach the 50/60 years old......

Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe?

on 14/06/2023, 19:27:12 UTC

So the only viable solution to this is that a person finds a casino that is reputable and trusted and only gamble with them so that if they are asked for KYC verification, they don't feel hesitant to do it knowing the casino is trusted and they can give their documents to them and they will be safe, somehow.

It's another matter if you're required to submit your information in compliance with the KYC requirement and you have doubts about whether the gambling site can truly safeguard your private documents. If you have trust issues with crypto casinos, then choosing a fiat casino can provide a sense of security, as you can be sure they are regulated right from the start.

The difference between crypto casinos and fiat casinos is that crypto casinos advertise anonymous gambling, at least in the early stages. However, as government regulations tighten, they gradually become more like fiat casinos.

Yes because they cant track the funds, but that was in the very early stage, nowadays its the same being crypto or fiat casino in terms of KYC and the funds if you use a exchange can also by traced.

Re: Security and Privacy in the Crypto Market
by

on 12/06/2023, 23:38:49 UTC
The crypto market has experienced rapid growth in recent years. However, behind this tremendous potential lie serious challenges related to security and privacy.

What many people are asking is what are the main challenges faced in protecting the security and privacy of users in the crypto market? How can the crypto industry overcome these challenges?

First of all, you had been here for quite a long time, you can put more effort when you created a thread.

The crypto market has experienced rapid growth in recent years. However, behind this tremendous potential lie serious challenges related to security and privacy.

What many people are asking is what are the main challenges faced in protecting the security and privacy of users in the crypto market? How can the crypto industry overcome these challenges?

finance has never had privacy. even before crypto fiat was not private. it had KYC.. yep KYC is nothing new. its been around for decades before crypto

the issue with crypto is that in 2009-2013 it was defined as private property (like pokemon cards or ty beanie babies) where they were not legally defined as a recognised currency
however in 2013 they became legally recognised as a currency which meant that currency laws and regulations had to step in. and start messing around with licencing payment processors

trying to do DEFI, DEX and subnetwork routing wont solve this. things like localbitcoins tried it and eventually the small independent traders were getting caught by banks being told they cant just use their personal bank accounts if they were acting as a business trader of a currency. causing those traders to then need to request KYC (there were other reasons too)
DEFI DEX and subnetwork routers are a new thing of the same problem which they will be hit sooner or later with the same issue localbitcoiners faced.(it takes time for regulators to catch up on how to track and hit unlicenced payment processors)

however the big picture solution to privacy is this
have a system that doesnt define itself as a currency system but as a private property swap system, thus currency laws wont apply

I agree with you in most of your statement, the only problem i see its..... the "new" crypto guys who doesnt want to understand basic question and think all its beautifull and easy, and also think KYC was only invented to destroy crypto.

When you ask them the question , ok now go an buy a house in the real life with the money made in crypto without having a job and without making a laundry enginering of money.

Yes, they cant provide an answer.
