I tried creating an account 'dooglus' using password 'ytK&ELHCL$FuBr9Qajv0#77p' but it failed, telling me I had to use 'valid characters', even though it hadn't given me any indication of what characters were valid until then. Apparently I'm not allowed to use &, $, or #.
You're right. For security reasons, it's currently not possible to use special characters like &$# in your password. Otherwise you should get the following error message: Please use only valid characters for your password (A-Z a-z 0-9 . - _).I tried again, using password 'DP24Sr4aGlqctGquLCMxqgNj', but now when I try to log in, it tells me "Error / Please fill out all fields. / Back".
Is my password too long and that's causing it to fail?
I tried registering again, but the username is no longer available.
I tried all prefixes of my password, thinking that maybe you truncated it before storing it, but not before checking upon login, but that didn't work either, so I had to give up.
That's strange. I tried it a minute ago and I was able to login with your username and this password without issue. The password lenght was fine. Please try it again and let me know if it works now.Is my password too long and that's causing it to fail?
