Getting back into mining after several years away (oh the time/money lost...) and intrigued by WinMiner...
I have an old Gridseed 320/420. If I plug it into a computer running WinMiner, would WinMiner be able to utilize it in any way? Currently I'm just having it mine in a LTC pool (breaks even right now, so why not, trying it out to remember how to do things).

Does anyone else on x11 wp mining seem to have their miners go dead more often?
On Scrypt I used to never touch the things on Scrypt, but it seems at least once a day I have to restart the miners on x11. It seems even on my one gridseed miner now that's Scrypt, I also loose wp stats (it declares it dead) 1-2 times a day. The miner at the computer terminal still says it's going, but it doesn't seem I get any credit on wp. Once I restart the miner all seems well again.
Ideas?

X11 is ready to go 
Same process as the small beta for Scrypt-N. If you've mined X11 before, or are OK setting it up without any outside assistance (I don't have the "Getting Started" written yet), you're free to start using it. The obvious "This is in BETA, stuff might break" applies. Darkcoin is disabled for now until we get some more hash power (soon as we can get a block on average every hour or so, I'll enable it).

Switched! It couldn't have been easier. I simply changed the port number on my test rig, and it started right up, and is reporting all is well on the stats page! Very excited for the summer season mining with waffle!

sgminer + CGWatcher is what I'm using on one rig to test in preparation for waffle having x11. Can't wait for x11. I have all my rigs ready to go! The rig on x11 runs crazy cool.
