Lmao, are you expecting that they are going to be approved?
Its likely to be rejected anyways, The main reason is that the market is really prone to manipulation and that is the first indication that SEC is looking for. So I doubt that ETF's will be approve anyways. Everyone is really waiting for the Van Eck/Solid X Bitcoin ETF proposal, others say it will make or break this market. On the positive note, if SEC decided to approved then institutional money will flow, big influx of money coming in, but a rejection will put a big dent on the price again. So lets see. But with or without ETF though, bitcoin market will exist in the next decade or so.
I never suggested it would be approved...I there was Direxion ETF deadline yesterday, which will be followed by CME futures expiration on the 28th and vaneck ETF on the 30th.
I'm bullish and hodling however when one is day trading this deadlines are relevant thats why I asked....ultimately we do need approval by the SEC to get a broader market involved.
I bought 3 btc on credit for 19k about. What should I do? I am way underwater.

I'd say double down! You've seen the Bitcoin price rebound from its low, Bitcoin isn't going anywhere. Buying at the top is tough but not impossible to recover from. Can you buy more? That would be the best way to bring down your average cost. Think of Bitcoin on sale right now.
Another option is buying Ripple, Ethereum, Litecoin, or another crypto currency.

Im sorry but I wasnt derogatory towards him. Im being frank but maybe harsh but frank. Id rather say that then advise him to buy or sell.. Id rather not give financial advice and put the guy in a worse situation; that would make me as asshole.
Did we have a crash I missed ??I sold some at 10,900 hoping it will fall again to rebuy in the 9000's as I purchased some around 10,300... Do you guys think another temporary slump will happen soon? Or cut my losses and rebuy now at over 11k?
I get confused about to how make money....when you sell some and buy in again how do you work out how much money youve made ? I bought come at 6000 then 8000 then 9000 just adding to my collection but never selling. It confusing me to know how much to sell and what amount to sell does this make sense any help would be appreciated

I think its a little unfair as soon as someone says the price is going to drop or that we're still in unknown territory...its announced as FUD by a hodler. How it can be complete FUD, China did make an announcement the price did drop and it was a big dip. Don't get me wrong i'm hodler for the long term

Sorry don't mean to be spreading rumours, just informed of something and wanted opinion. My source was correct about ETF rejection...but i guess was obvious for many here ??
Unfortunately for me a fork does impact my monetary status as I don't actually own bitcoins I just trade. If I was a proud owner of bitcoin I don't think weekly dumps and pumps or speculation would particularly bother me. But the way I do things if there's a pump or a dump, it can pretty devastating
