No, I did not set any extra parameters except --disable-cpu

I left rigs without restarting miners for more than 24h, and on some rigs hashrate got back where it was(at the same time, on two different internet providers), and on other rigs where hashrate was normal, on those rigs hashrate got lower at the same time as on rigs where hashrate went up(also some rigs are on one ISP, some on other)

Why hashrate ramdomly drops, sometimes it works almost whole day, sometimes just  few hours/minutes than drop(form
~55mhs to ~50mhs on RX470 4g), than I restart , and all normal.., and after sometime all same....restart.... 

Sometimes hashrate drops on all rigs at same time, sometimes there is difference in few hours before it drop on all rigs.

Other than this all cards are stable. Your miner is better than nanominer. On nanominer there is no drop, but speed is same as srbminer when  hashrate drops 

Hashrate drop is confirmed on pool

Also power consumption is lower on your miner

I use hiveos. I tried 0.6.8 and same.

I also have very low hash on spark with 12.1, did not try this new 12.2 version on spark yet. NBminer works perfect on spark 0% rejects

I installed 396.24 drivers, works smooth, but lost manual fan control. No matter what I do, it works only on auto mod, and my cards become hot.
Also autofan.conf options not working, nvidia x server settings also can't run...

Any solution for this problem?

After scratchpad downloaded, I got "Segmentation fault" error

This occurs in a few minutes after miner start, and I have to delete scrarchpad I order to run it again...and after few minutes it stops again...

Looks like mem clock not important on this algo, lower your mem clock as much as you can.

Good miner, I got more hash than on XMR cast 1.0.
I see that 8GB cards are masters on heavy algo.
I only got 700-750hs on elpida/hynix RX470 4GB cn-heavy  @1168/1950, will try to play with intensity, and a little bit more mem clock, but it is probably limit for this cards(memory).
