I see in the description saying that this future project is targeting the sale of items in the game. may look like an item in some of the top games. is it possible to get into STEAM? if yes then this will be very interesting, I really support because I am a gamers who really need an easy way to make it easier to play the game.
We have no intention of using Steam for our game distribution - we do our own.
There have occasionally been other questions about potential competitors, and your question dovetails into that question as well, so let me address them both at the same time. We have discussed this at length as a team, and we came to the conclusion that in reality, there are no other projects like ours in the crypto space. We are the first project to implement a full decentralized distribution model for game publishers along with integrated tokenized game assets and a marketplace for them - and we're doing it on our own dedicated blockchain, not the generic ethereum chain that some of the others are attempting to use.
Even so, Xenio is much more than the sum of those things. Our platform isn't owned by a company that can go bankrupt or be bought by one of the existing megacorporations, it's fully decentralized. And because we're decentralized, the system we're building follows the open source philosophy, so we are building Xenio as an open platform that game publishers can use any way that works for their own business model. They can publish traditionally with an up front cost and free gameplay, or they can make their game a Freemium type game, or a hybrid, or even give their games away for free if they want. And for the in-game asset tokenization you mentioned, game publishers can set it up so gamers can purchase in-game items, or trade them outside the game, or they can even set up their in-game auction house to use the Xenio system directly from within their games. We're not building a simple token trading app, we're building an entire gaming ecosystem that is open and extensible.
So, knowing there isn't any real competition in the crypto world, we've set our sights squarely at Steam. They are the only competition that matters, as they're the biggest and most well established. We have the means and determination to displace them. And we're coming like a freight train.
