We are registered in UK currently (since September 2017). We would want to integrate fiat and looking to get a trading license too. If we can't suffice UK legal formalities, then we will move our office to any of more crypto-trading friendly region. Like many other ICOs launched at a similar time, our ICO failed to gain enough genuine interest to raise any funds to develop our trading platform and we didn't raise any significant amount. Now we have developed our platform self-funded and will look to keep developing it further.
The total token supply is 95,000,000 tokens. We are planning to get our self on IEO and 30% of the total supply will go on sale, i.e. 28,500,000. Those funds will be used as below:
30%: Research and Product Development
20%: Sales and Marketing
15%: Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory
15%: Operations
10%: Platform Security
10%: Office Establishment
Rest tokens will be in circulation and as defined we will keep burning them at regular intervals. More details can be found in the whitepaper or ask away
