Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?

Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?

We can simply learn from what successful businesses do as common practice. Invest, diversify, acquire infrastructure/competition. I think save money is too pasif. And actually we can't really "save" money. Even if its in local bank in fiat, we are invested in the strength of the currency or bank. If you are saving in bitcoin you are basically investing too.

Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty?

I can not see how it can end the world poverty as the laws of a country and the state budget determine poverty or wealth, beside natural conditions. Bitcoin not born for that I think. It may and can help people in many ways, especially when it comes to money matters, bitcoin and the cryptoworld, but poverty is different case.

Re: Are Airdrops Profitable?

Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?

For those who decide to start involve in crypto from zero (no capital), I think airdrops are better than faucets. I think it still worth it with some notes. The project should be the high-quality one. Get token then if it has a good price, I prefer to sell it to get ETH, and holding ETH can be a bridge to buy another coins, can be BTC, BCH or the others. I can say it, because I start earning from faucets and switch to be airdrop hunter. I think it's better than repeatly hitting your mouse to solve captcha or claiming hourly or rolling games.

Bounty itself is a gift or reward program given to its workers who can be called a bounty hunter who works to promote the project being built by the founder Coins / Tokens, the main conditions of course must have a bitcointalk.org

Nice share buddy. At least can prevent newbies opening thread asking about how to start joining bounty project. Nice.

Re: Strategy for a newbie in this time of uncertainty

If you're interested in a long-term strategy, I'd suggest you a very simple conservative strategy:

1. Split your investment into top10 coins by market cap. You get lower risk and average profit.
2. Rebalance your portfolio once in a month.
3. Enjoy

Trading is not an easy job, I have a couple of advice for you:
1. Do not use margin trading in Crypto it‘s too volatile
2. Always have a risk management plan
3. Never over trade 3 small losses and 1 big profit, a month are better than losing everything.

last, if you want to buy bitcoin buy it gradually like 10 % of your capital in case the price goes lower your buyback at a cheaper price and keep repeating that.

Very nice to found these two suggestions. Every people have their own strategy, and very interesting to adapt and combine those one or other point. Anybody here can help in detail about rebalancing portfolio? I'm still learning about it  Huh Thanks
