That is also what I am thinking. There's no need to build 6,000 Medical Centers if there are already existing medical centers that can use the ATLANTICO NETWORK platform. What they will do is to be partnered with these Medical Centers and I think it is possible by the end of 2019.

It is true that not all have smartphones but those who have one are the breadwinner of every family and I guess, they are the ones who will support to this project because it will really give them all the benefits that users need. I agree with you, this project has collected more than 2 million dollars from the investors (it means the soft cap has been reached). The ICO is still running and will end in 30 days ahead, they still have a chance to get more fund from other investors.

I am thinking of something else. I’m thinking about the future of TLT tokens, will there be future for these token? What assurance do investors have that the tokens they purchased will give them good return. Aside from being used as a mean of payment for registration in the platform and rewards for the those who would rate ISPs what else would be the use of their tokens?

Yes, they should have a stable website hosting and a good  website technical support so that their system will not be down at all times. There server should also be able to accommodate many users. Since our company is incorporated in Zug, Switzerland, we have to get the green light from FINMA (The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) that has not given the necessary approval to conduct the sale on the dates we have planned.
