Take caution when just paying for a coin...

Because it means you have no understanding of the programming, which means you have no idea what the scripts/programming actually says. Keep in mind you are representing this....and representing something that someone anonymously built on the internet that could harm peoples computers....could be bad. This is for people who literally want to do nothing but take your money....

I've created a fork of Litecoin. How would I put a "minimum coin amount" for someone to be able to mine it?

Also, how would I send a portion of the block reward to a specific address for funding the coin?
