would you please set a miners recommendation section for us to choose miners?

It saw three miners, all looks great, bminer/ewbf/dstm

I also find this :

[ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash miner for CUDA GPUs (5.2.0)

HI guys. First time using BMiner. I always use EWBF. So I tried BMiner today and i get 30-40 sol/s more than with EWBF. I will test this on my pool im using: miningpoolhub - and compare agains yesterday's results with EWBF. The results below is from a Asus NVidia GTX 1080 8GB card and a Nvidia 1050ti 4gb card

Uptime
22 minutes
Speed (Sols / S)
751.22
Power (Watts)
230
Efficiency (Sols / W)
3.27
Accepted

Device ID   Temperature (℃)   Power (W)   Speed (Sols / S)   Efficiency (Sols / W)
0   66   177   551.45   3.12
1   67   69   199.91   2.90

Device ID      Temperature (℃)   Power (W)       Speed (Sols / S)   Efficiency (Sols / W)
0                66                    177              551.45                   3.12    << Bminer>>
1                67                     69              199.91                   2.90    <>

am I right? Bminer run on device ID 0?

This will not work for AMD correct?

I don't think so.
it runs on modern NVIDIA.

Anyone give a suggestion on what's the best coin?

How about study those coins that have 1M$ + Market Cap Volume in 24 hours, like BTC, ZEC, ZCL, ...
I mean this is a way to learn from ppl from another angle.
I still believe that the coins have higher Market Cap Volume will be more convincible.

Hey guys just put together my cleanest mining rig to date, focused much more on the wire management with this 6 card build than my last. I decided to make the video into a general how-to since I was going to talk about the hardware so much anyway

Here's my take on how to build your own DIY GPU ZCash Equihash Mining Rig

Setup this discussion so we know the best way to max out the potential for this expensive GPU.

We know from time to time the profitability shift, so hope here can get advise and suggestion for near optimum profit.

Best Algo/hashrate:
Which pool:
which mining software:
current expected daily profit before electricity:
Any OC (core/memory):

Or any tips on extra mod:

23/Dec posted:
Maybe as we get this discussion further, I will group the list of Algo and coin that is most used by the 1080ti. To do this, might need some help from all of you as I might missed to capture what you have posted.

Could be like:

Current reported profitable coin:
- Date / Coin / Algo / maybe link to the coin or the miner?
- to ensure the list not too long, we will keep it within the top 20 reported by date. Any older date will be moved out (or I might put this to a google spreadsheet link)

As for the setting of the OC, I think just have to do own test as the variance just too large and every card is not the same

What other key info you believe should be in the 1st page?

I know many dont like to share the profitable coin as when it got listed here, likely is taking away the profit from them. but just post only if you are willing to help.

I did the calculation on this website that the best choice for 1080i is to mine Zclassic(ZCL).

you can tick the GPU model yourself and tick all the algorithms you want to use. then you can sort by the profitability in 24 hours then you will see that ZCL is the best choice since the Market Cap Volume of GBX is so small...  you may not be able to trade this coin.

glad that I learned how to read this website today Grin Grin Grin

What are system requirements for this miner to run? I have it successfully running on one PC, but on a different PC it doesn't even start. It throws no errors, so I don't know where to even begin... (vc++ is already installed).

Linux x64 and Windows x64

Can't be bothered reading all the posts here or do my own testing - win version of this miner is slower than dstm's ? Correct ?

i tested it since yesterday , loook be 3% faster than dstm.

i got 301 with dstm ,and im at 310 with bminer ...  ( on flypool)
but just one night here ....

the blue line ( current effective hashrate , look more regular with bminer)
with dstm ( the blue line goes higher and lower , and average is lower ...)

bminer let me think have a "zecproxy" include  , more régular about job found .....

Newbie here! My very second post.
Can you pls share your result one more time here tomorrow?
if this miner is so good! I will definitely try Bminer Grin Grin Grin
