Update Levitate Promotions

Today we closed the mining promotion as announced earlier. We also closed the exchange voting promotion, as we were no way near to the required number of votes to get registered on that specific exchange. Levitate got 89 votes which were paid out, and the remaining budget of 411,000 LVT will be used for new upcoming promotions (stay tuned at https://levitatecoin.org/index.php/lvt-promotions ).
Do not worry about Levitate stepping out of the voting race for this specific exchange, because behind the scenes we are already in contact with multiple exchanges, and we are pretty sure Levitate will be listed on a nice new exchange ahead of our Forecast. This is a good time to collect as many LVT as you can!
