Dev, can you update your OP with your important links like your website, explorer and current exchanges? Because that is the first thing that users will check on your project. Last time that I encountered this thread, you only have like couple of exchanges, now you have 4. Seems that you are progressing here.

Will do; thank you for the suggestion!

This is a scam !!!

Can you explain a lil bit more about this allegation? I have seen that they have active market especially in hotbit. But I don't know if they are doing wash trading or not just to make it look active. But the good thing here is that unlike a lot of alts listed in CMC, which are already labeled as "Untracked Listing", this one is still active and you still have the chance to sell what you have. I guess if you feel that this is total scam, don't invest on this coin. Pretty simple, right? Most forks of popular blockchains are crap anyway.

The user yelling "scam" is the same troll who accused us last year of running a fork that we've never even heard of called "lite coin cash". He can't provide any explanation for his allegation because he has absolutely no explanation. He wasn't able to provide one last year and he won't be able to provide one this year.

Do we have to leave our Zcash under a shielded or transparent address? Or would it not matter? Sorry I know its early just trying to get a head start on all of this.

Head start? You are a year late. The fork occurred in July 2019!

But to answer your question, shielded versus transparent, it doesn't matter.

Hello Dove Wallet Team!

We'd love for you to consider listing Ycash:

https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ycash

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ycash/

Official site of Ycash Foundation: https://www.ycash.xyz

Official Twitter Account: https://twitter.com/YcashFoundation

Currently, there are no USDC or KRW markets for Ycash anywhere in the world, so such markets are likely to be popular with Ycash users.

Thank you so much for considering Ycash!

Sincerely,
Ycash Foundation

Equihash(192,7) is this an algorithm for GPU or FPGA ?

We believe that GPU mining will be viable.

We plan on changing the algorithm eventually, to possibly either ProgPOW or RandomX.

Another scam. I have reasons to believe that scammers behind that fork are the same dudes that made a litecoin cash scam. Just ask them how many coins are PREMINED ? Same scenario. They will list this shit on a scam exchanges, then dump the premine and disappear.

There is absolutely no evidence or basis for this completely false accusation.

Ycash Version 1.0 is now available:

https://github.com/ycashfoundation/ycash/releases/tag/1.0

To respond to the previous comment: There is no pre-mine. You can confirm that by examining the source code, which is all open source. The Ycash team has never heard of "litecoin cash". The Ycash team had no involvement with that coin launch (whatever it is) or any other coin launch for that matter besides Ycash.

Sapling shielded addresses and transparent addresses are fine. Sprout shielded addresses will likely be supported too, but a final decision has not been made on that yet.

I repeat: There is no need to move your ZEC out of Zcash Sapling shielded addresses. If you have your ZEC stored in the Sapling shielded pool, you'll have the equivalent amount of YEC in the Ycash Sapling shielded pool.
