Ive never lost anyone super close to me so i havent dealt with this, the deaths i have had though have hurt me alot. The best thing is maybe just to think about all the good times you had with them and get through it. Dont try run though or it will get worse.

Depends, sometimes i sleep at 4pm and wake up at 10 or 11 pm, other times i sleep at 2 am and wake up at 1 pm. I Guess it just depends how im feeling and what i have on that day.
