if i run tor -f tor.conf -DataDirectory tor-temp-test in the folder it bootstraps and says Tor 0.3.5.8 running on Linux with Libevent 2.1.8-stable, OpenSSL 1.1.1, Zlib 1.2.11, Liblzma 5.2.2, and Libzstd 1.3.3

Glad to hear you got it built.  You should be able to get ccnode to connect if you launch it with the command line:
 ./ccnode.exe --tor-exe=/path/to/tor > ccnode.log

Alternately, you can copy or symlink the tor executable on your system to the path Tor/tor.exe and then follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide https://CredaCash.com/quick-start-guide/

LOL, doing a great or good project should start with a good plan with a good team and that includes a good rank in presenting the projects announcement. If this is the way that a project being done using a newbie to post the announcement and another newbie to promote the project seems like there is a little problem in promoting projects sincerity.
Ive been there from the start. From what i have seen sofar the devs really are sincere. Its a community based coin and there has been plenty of transparency.
