That happens when the price shoots up in a different currency. Judging from the action, it looks like there's quite a bit of buying pressure from across the pond. Arbitrage bots will smooth things out.
no, thats whats not supposed to happen. i was sitting there watching all these prices fire off on time and sales up to 13.725 on Clark Moody w/o the ask side changing at all with asks from 13.59 on up.
Correct, this is not supposed to happen. Its a bug and mtgox hasn't bothered fixing it.

If USD/BTC drops down to $12.94, mtgox will happily "buy" bitcoins for $12.94 and sell them for Eur. The wall reflected on the USD market at $12.94 is the same wall over at EUR.
Then why aren't the walls identical for each market?

The US market experienced an almost identical wall drop just now. I tried to get a pic of it but the page refreshed before I could get both.

I still haven't confirmed if sending a spammy transaction with the standard 0.0005 BTC fee where a normal fee of ~0.01 would be required and double spending it would work or not. I haven't had the time to try, but this should theoretically work under their new rules unless satoshidice checks to make sure the standard fee is paid, and not just the 0.0005.

It could be referred to as a scam because of all the delays, but your absolute statement of "nothing will arrive and it will be the end of bitecoin" was what I was referring to.
Delays was predictable, saying "omg we did not expect this delays" is just a lie, so I believe nothing will arrive.
End of bitcoin is a consequence , bitcoin can survive only with enough miners, and people mine for money (no most of people don't care about freedom and this kind a propaganda or just as a "bonus" in addition of money), no new device, no innovation= no more profitable = no more miner (everybody's gonna go speculate on something else..)= end of bitcoin.
Another end of bitcoin could be the dead of Silk Road which is the real economy of bitcoin (22Millions $ a year), and I checked ALL the bitcoin stores in the wiki, there is no real economy behind bitcoin except people buying for speculation or people buying bitcoin to buy drugs.
