i agree. although i think it will be higher than $19 and then there will be a disappointment crash.  then back up again

I doubt it will drop, I think it will continue to go up steadily then stabilize. But we'll see!

What do you mean by releasing after the difficulty increase?  Maybe you mean block reward halving?

You should also give at least a few details about what the site actually is, if you want people to be interested in learning more.

Jesse, we need to cook.

I need a Partner for new website!

Hello everyone! Im a little new here but I have been mining with my brother for quite sometime. I am currently developing a new website but I am hoping to partner up with somebody. I am more of a business girl, not a developer lol. I am proficient in HTML CSS and Javascript, but not so good at PHP and other complex languages. The website is going to be released hopefully right after the difficulty increase to maximize profits and offer the best service possible. My business plan is very in depth and I have been researching the market for a while. Im sorry if my english is a little strange, Japanese is my native tongue.

Im very nice btw! So dont be scared lol.

Please PM me if you want to join my group!

Not yet as I am looking into the ASIC units soon to be available, I feel those may be a better ROI than building a rig at this point...an old gaming computer in my lab serves a my miner currently; not very fast but close to "free" electricity (solar + wind).

Oh same here, my brother has a server farm that he is upgrading to ASIC machines whenever they release it. Which vendor will you be buying from?
I hear you wont have to worry much about power consumption with these new chips so that solar and wind power setup sounds nice!

Hello all!

I've been interested in BitCoin since I started reading about it a few months ago and it's about time I get to know the community.

I look forward in learning a lot and helping build this into a worldwide phenomenon!

welcome to the forum platypus! Smiley
Did you already build a rig?

Hi! I would like to get whitelisted please. I think I know a lot about bitcoin lol. I have been mining for a longtime. I learned from my brother who has a server farm.
I know a lot about mining hardware too. I also preordered 3 BFL singles for what its worth. Please find it in your heart to whitelist me lol.

I know that litecoin is more for CPU effecient while bitcoin has gone from CPU to GPU to FPGA and soon to ASIC. You would be better off mining for litecoins.

Hi! I think that it might be becoming obsolete when the new Butterflylabs ASICs come out. I think they might raise the difficulty up by a lot. so you should just get a BFL Jalepeno from butterfly labs for 150 USD it has I think 3.5 Gigahash of processing power.

Sorry if my English is bad lol

Hi everyone! My name is yukiko, but yuki is okay too. Im from Japan, but I lived in Canada for about 12 years when I was younger so I speak English! I dont think very well tho ;p
Ive never really been a "girly girl". I like building computers, gaming and programming, but not very good lol. I have been mining bitcoin for a while, but now just a hobby.
Anyway, I hope we can get along well!
