Hey, i was wondering if anyone knows any solid SocialFi metaverse tokens or coins with an active user base and preferably already playable metaverse platform?
You can try to play sandbox, decentraland or Vulcan forged. I'm actively playing sandbox and Vulcan forged at this moment. These metaverses are having active user base. I'm playing interactive and earning from these game. So far so good.
I'm curious to see the options currently to interact with metaverse tokens i see so many projects that have the metaverse platforms around the corner, but so far, i haven't met any that you could play on.
You can try to take a look at what I have mentioned above. They have active virtual world and so many people have been joining to play those platforms.

I tried to play vulcanverse but the game requires land to play, and renting or buying it costs:-\

No man, it doesn't require any money. What you need to do to choose dividing your earning with the land owner. You can get a few bucks easily everyday for free. There's no need to pay any money like another platform. You can pay or share your earning with the land owner. That's why this game is not need you to pay money.
You can ask admin on telegroup about this.

Ohh.. Thanks! I tried to play Vulcanverse but ended up login in and getting asked for land last time.  Grin

I'll have a deeper look this time!  Cool

Come to think of it, there is no metaverse project that's completed yet, they are all hanging on to their BETA self, if the bear market comes hard this time around, I think metaverse coins will dip so much that the hype won't be no more until a project finally have a complete metaverse tech in action.

True, everything will fall, but those who make it out of the rumbles are the next amazon and google. So worth the risk, imo if you catch the tip on one of those.

I'm guessing $SAND will be one to stay, i don't know about the rest though

So you're saying even if the project has solid fundamentals down they're no good for long term?
If you google TOP 10 MarketCap CRYPTOCURRENCY, compare results today and see the search results during 2017 and 2019, and you will find that this list is completely different except for Bitcoin.

There are millions of ideas in the crypto world, and unfortunately all projects that present themselves as solutions to the problems of other projects or try to get some investments using phrases such as decentralized finance, meta, will not be able to hold on for long.

Therefore, unless it is a unique project, and different from the rest, it will only succeed in the short term.

Good point, i discovered that the hard way of hodling my coins to 0  Grin

But i'd like to think that $SAND will stay with us for years. Every major company is building around it.

The Sandbox ($SAND) and Decentraland ($MANA).
I once attended an AMA before on Decentraland.
It's free, you don't need their token to log in and explore around what looks like a building with meeting spaces (at least that's what it looks like to me).
Problem is, it's a crappy experience. Too much lag, even the ones who held the event has problems.
I've also heard quite a lot recently about The Sandbox. I even heard a popular rapper has a partnership with them (CMIIW).

Yeah, i've tried $SAND and $MANA, $SAND would be nice, but i want to play the full game, and $MANA was a laggy experience, unfortunately.

I'm trying to spot more of the unknown land of the SocialFi/metaverse projects, but thanks for the recommendations!  Grin

Good metaverse coin will be pump and dump coin, if you miss entry and exit time you will lose your money.
Pump and dump coins are a high-risk investment and are always the losing side because you can't tell when the dump will be and greed may take all the profits you make.
Most of the platforms listing those coins will be with low trading volumes, scam or control the volume of demand/supply, and you will be the loser in any case.
Avoid this scam investing.

So you're saying even if the project has solid fundamentals down they're no good for long term?

Which of these coins have the highest chance to 3x, 5x or even 10x in 2022? You can vote twice.

I am kind of curious about the development of ApeCoin (had a rough start though).

I think that $MATIC, $LINK, and $ENJ all have promising futures ahead of them. I'd throw in there $PYR and $ENGN for their blockchain implementing technology which allows developers to implement blockchain onto existing games and projects without having to rewrite the whole base code. Also, they got a new game around the corner that will get the ball rolling for them.

Re: Question about gaming and metaverse

Guys I have few questions for you guys about p2e games and metaverse projects

1. Would you choose gala games over decentraland for future?
2. What do you think about metaverse future? Wil this work out on the long run because no project have shown a full working metaverse project so far.
I dont think so, i can't imagine how they are gonna overcome Decentraland ever, but i support every p2e platform and a big fan of blockchain gaming. Currently want to play Engine's distribution of shooter when it's released, i'm satisfied with graphics, looks good.

Yeah I'm interested in engine as well, I heard they're doing it on unreal engine so that's promising Smiley

I liked the trailer for $ENGN, but i'm more excited for their blockchain implementing technology for games and projects that have non. We could have the whole steam company take advantage of this seemingly small but really helpful piece of technology to speed up the GameFi adoption process by lot.

Well, I feel like we're tiring out the market at the moment and soon about to pump up to 55k but keep in mind, this is all my thoughts, and most of the time, they do the opposite  Grin

Still slowly DCA'ing into $ENGN and $PYR got 50% of my portfolio left in stables though I am not sure if I should keep them in stables for short-time trades or go all in while we're still down here?
Any thoughts?  Huh

Which one is more promising according to you? And you maybe played as well

Vulcan Forged ($PYR)           https://vulcanforged.com/
Merit Circle ($MC)                 https://meritcircle.io/
Aavegotchi ($GHST)              https://www.aavegotchi.com/
UFO Gaming ($UFO)              https://ufogaming.io/
Citrus ($CTS)                         https://www.citrus.tech/
Enjin Coin ($ENJ)                  https://enjin.io/
Gala ($GALA)                         https://app.gala.games/
Axie Infinity ($AXS)              https://axieinfinity.com/
Render Token ($RNDR)         https://rendertoken.com/
GuildFi ($GF)                          https://guildfi.com/

Yeah, they are some quite popular, Enjin should be rated better maybe and i think they'll progress, such as i don't have doubt at first in Engn and their distribution cause in the end it's all about the audience and your own customers.

Enjin is going to have its time, but i do feel like $ENGN is going to glow with $ENJIN due to their blockchain implementing system for regular games. I can see big companies taking full advantage of it in the future for sure!

Re: ApeCoin announcement What you think?

Well when it first came out i saw it at 8$, and after a day, i saw it again at 11$ and decided to go in, i cashed out at 13$, so i can't be mad  Grin

But now that the token has a lot of FUD around it, i'm looking for alternative low market cap tokens for this expected bull run that's around the corner. I'm kind of newbie, so any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm also more into gaming crypto, and i'm really into crypto gambling as well.

I think it's a great time to get into blockchain gaming. There are a few projects that I follow and that keep me excited for the genre like engn, racefi, battle of guardians etc. Plus Ubisoft and EA I think are getting interested in blockchain so that's great news Smiley For gambling I'm not too informed, but maybe check out lunafi, it's a sport betting project, also I think they'll have casinos at one point. Hope I gave you some ideas Smiley

Cool thanks for the suggestions i've heard a lot good about $ENGN but i'll definitely keep an eye out for them both. Thanks for the ideas !

If you buy them on the day you saw Apecoin at $8 and then sell at $13, it is a profit on your end. But, I don't think you take the bait.

FUDs can easily manipulate those projects that are believed it was grown with hypes only, no use case, no market support, yeah, it likely ends too fast.
Well, I suggest you try the Play-to-earn gaming platform. It is quite known today and seems to profit, unlike these NFTs, of course, we still need to choose wisely.

Yeah, one day +70% the other day -40%  Grin. I'm thinking about trying play to earn platforms but can't seem to find a project that has a working game currently where you could just log in and play. Any suggestions where to start looking?  Grin

Re: What Top Coin values should I look at ?
by
ZaMRoneY
on 21/03/2022, 12:25:08 UTC
Zero arguments that BTC surpasses them all ( Cryptocurrencies ), if one should venture/delve into alternative coin's that'll last for the next five to six years, What are the top Coin values ? what should I look at ?
I believe diversification is no bad thing as it increases returns, and exposes one to many opportunities.
What alternative coin's can one hurdle for 5years ?

Well, the most important thing i can think of is the use case meaning do people actually use the token for its utility, or is that just hype. The more utility the token has, the more likely it's going to last for years because people get used to things, and it's hard to change people when they're used to this one coin. I'm looking at the top gaming studio tokens and a few low market cap ones like: $ENGN for their ability to implement blockchain onto projects without having to rewrite the whole base code plus their own marketplace, new video game around the corner, and lots of more stuff. $LFI is also one that redefines what gambling projects are. Instead of having to let the house always have the edge, you can bet on the house with $LFI, which gives out annual rewards, plus every time the house gets a cut, you get a cut. I can see these two stay for at least years to come.

Re: TIPS how to manage from losing when investing new projects.
by
ZaMRoneY
on 18/03/2022, 15:31:29 UTC
It is really overwhelming to see the growing number of new projects but unfortunately, most of them are indeed worthless and have no use case to provide. Many had suffer losses because of some mistakes but we can avoid them if we have to do these things.

1. We buy coins not only because the price is low - many had thought that buying them in bulk gives them a good profit later.

2. We have to stop thinking about hypes - maybe some but not all of the new projects

3. Stop falling to scam projects - usually, people got tricked when seeing projects offer high rewards (good to be true) and most of them are just a lie.

4. Doing Research - we have to take this seriously as nobody had ever succeeded without this.

We'll i believe staying away from anything that involves : Flokis, doges , elon , inus should be straight canceled out 99% of them are straight rug pulls and the 1% i'm just giving the benefit of a doubt.
I've been looking into $ENGN more deeply lately since the BTC seems to be awakening again and find their blockchain implementing technology really innovative for the whole GameFi niche, and i'm also really tired of eth gambling sites taking all my money due to high gas fees so i'm looking at $LFI as well for their safe gambling protocol which is built on the Polygon network, no more 30$ gas prices for a 50$ deposit...

Re: Does the atom (cosmos) have good potential in the future??
by

on 18/03/2022, 11:45:51 UTC
I recently joined the Cosmos community, and they dare to say that smart contracts like BSC, Solana, Matic and others will be left behind because most of these projects end up being scams. unlike Cosmos which has L1 which not just anyone can make tokens like smart contracts.
what do you think about this claim?

Uff... quite the controversial topic, if they really claim that BSC, Solana and Matic are all gonna be scams even tho massive projects are being built on all of those networks with real life utilities known to every 2nd person.
I for a fact haven't heard any real life utility projects that are on cosmos, while on the other hand for example Matic has this unique protocol project called #LunaFi ($LFI) Which is a gambling protocol that brings safe gambling/betting to the metaverse with low gas fees due to being built on the Polygon network. Plus $SAND is integrating over to Polygon as well one of the biggest names in the GameFI niche currently. I wanna hear what do the cosmos community think about ETH..probably another dead meme coin to them.  Grin

No matter how high crypto coins go bear market is unavoidable it's just the way the market survives, many people are brainwashed with present market condition that they already forget what bear market is, no amount of money can stop bear market from happening, don't say I don't warn you be prepared.

True that's why the HODL mentaly is kinda for the weak ones who probably have 9 to 5 mentality and are used to simpler things. But in the end  we all make the same HODL mistake the first wave we get into crypto that's just part of the natural income cycle in crypto, no one really cares what other people have to say only after they are down bad they start to adapt. Since we've been so down for so long i'm starting to go back into alts i was thinking of $GALA , $PYR , $ENGN and #Lunafi which is a metaverse casino simply put, that offers staking to whoever provides liquidity for the house. I believe that the Gaming/metaverse niche is gonna take us to mass adoption and i wanna hear your thoughts as well on the coins i've mentioned or if you have any other recommendations?

Re: What is the purpose of all these altcoins?
by
ZaMRoneY
on 17/03/2022, 15:23:31 UTC
And I am especially talking about those memecoins like dogecoin, shiba inu and those other coins that pump and dump in those shiba doge and those make up coin names?  There is zero purpose of these coins.  They had that squid game token I believe.  What is the purpose of these coins?  It literally sounds like someone creating a video game and making up coins.  The worst part is you have people buying these coins to most likely try to make a profit and then sell since rarely are these coins meant for holding.

Not only that, these coins have no usage.  When there are coins called bluecoin and greencoin, what exactly is the purpose of these?  The only coins that make sense is btc and litecoin.  I don't even know why ETH is a coin since its not like currency.  Ripple for example does seem like a coin since it seems like a penny or nickle so to speak.  I know there are tons of those memecoins are pancakeswap and uniswap and many of these coins are top earners for the day before they later all go down.  Are there many that even stay up?

Anyone can make up coins but why is anyone even buying any of these?  If dogecoin has no real use... then none of those other coins have any use.  So why do these new coins keep showing up?
The ETH market currently resembles the sideways consolidation that is also taking place across all other cryptocurrency markets. On a 4-Hour timeframe, the price fluctuates inside a triangle and below the Ichimoku cloud. This combination makes it challenging for ETH to break above it. Now wanted to be secure, i hold some tokens for staking, but also like to have more money to support engine's project on arcade game i'm following for a while.

Looking at the markets we've been having for the past 6.7 months i've also started digging into staking as well, to get some of my money back, but don't know where to start any ideas ? And as for Engine's project i've heard about them before but ain't so sure if the project has it what it takes to launch off, any more info on Engine ?

I personally love Engine, because it has so many features including an arcade, NFT marketplace, VR rooms, AR services and a native token. So I definetly suggest to check it out, it has a lot of potential!

Huh.. That does sound quite exciting, seems like they're trying to do it all, i'll go check them out later today,  Thanks!
