The background story is strange at least,
- Call the number listed on the website for verification, not the number on the card.
When it all checks out, then sure show the inspector around and give him a small introduction to Bitcoin, explain what you are doing.
Videocards are well within EMC emission specs, so i find it hard to believe you're causing a disturbance somewhere in your block far away.
But anyway you can nullify these emissions by placing your rigs in a Faraday cage built from fine chicken wire or conductive fabric.

Volgens mij zal het nog zeker maanden duren wanneer wanneer we nog eens een vlotte stijging zullen meemaken.

Dat Gox problemen heeft is al maanden bekend en oplettende traders hebben bij de overduidelijke signalen dan ook hun coins verplaatst naar andere exchanges.
Hoe eerder Gox verdwijnt hoe beter en sneller de waarde weer een 500+ baseline krijgt.
Bitcoin zal de komende weken na deze crash, als de media hecktiek is gezakt weer snel terugveren naar deze baseline.

As mitigation, renters that believe to be affected by this can ask extra hours to their rig owners.
Are you suggesting that rig owners should compensate renters for a problem caused by your system???
Are you suggesting this not to be the correct way?
So a renter aka (Paying Customer) who paid you for hashrate, you failed to deliver should not be compensated?
You do understand that this is your responsibility to your Customers as a rig leaser.
I hope that you also understand that when betarigs is down your rigs are mining coins on your choosen pool.

Er komen in Nederland steeds meer geluiden dat bitcoin gereguleerd en gecentraliseerd zouden moeten worden onder de AFM en DNB. Vooral de PvdA laat dat geluid actief horen. Het is nodig dat de BTC-sector zich mengt in dit gesprek, om de kamerleden te voeden met kennis en mogelijke oplossingen. Zodat straks niet een te grote stap wordt genomen, van ongereguleerd naar overgereguleerd.
Er bestaat sinds kort de Bitcoinstichting Nederland. Maar, het lobbyen richting politiek is niet in de doelen opgenomen en - met alle respect - de bestuursleden lijken voor dit lobbywerk ook niet geschikt. toch zou het een taak kunnen zijn die aan deze stichting kan worden toegevoegd. Of misschien bestaan er andere non-profit clubs die dit goed kunnen oppakken.

Is there a config setting to make cgminer switch faster to betarigs proxy/pool?
I assume cgminer is checking pools every once in a while to switch to #1 pool(if ALIVE), but I think my customers are loosing 5-15 minutes because of this.

You're correct (5 min pool_failover) I can sent you a source patch that addresses this on the linux version of cgminer 3.7.2.
Or try other miners.

My renter seems to be having issues, My other rigs working fine and receiving jobs but this ones getting:

I just had my renter complain to me about not getting hashes. Both my miners switched to the backup pool because Betarigs went down. Now I have to provide credit to the renter for a fault on Betarig's service platform. Not quite fair to me...

If your miners are mining on your chosen pool, on your wallet.
You providing credit to the renter seems pretty damn fair to me.
