I think they missed the point. You can't just look at the address, you have to analyze the wallet.dat to see if it's the same one. There are many different wallets in circulation from the same addresses but different wallet.dat. I could now send you two different wallet.dat files from the same 4000BTC wallet address. One of them is a fake and the other one is unsure. Therefore, you must always check the files beforehand and then claim whether you really have the same ones with you.

The 10 wallet.dat files of mine might not be the same ones they have and that is the point I am trying to make.

Since I am only allowed to write 2 private messages per day (is limited as a newbie), I can never reply to your message immediately. If you are interested in an exchange, please send me the one wallet.dat and I will send you my wallet.dat files, which I currently believe are not fake.

Many greetings

Hello humerh3,

would you please send me the wallet.dat of 1HZNsUqQxKVLmfPfCAzLwrnVDzx8CxwxnM once to check? If it is real, I will send you 20$ by bitcoin. I have many ways to check a wallet for your authenticity and since quite a few fake wallet.dat are circulating, I would like to analyze the file once very carefully beforehand.

Thank you very much and best regards

This is 100% genuine wallet! Your method incorrectly defines a fake.

110 BTC - 1NyEeyXu8ydNw67e3ZTUmkwQJ8QNd1o3cF
$bitcoin$64$f3c90b573111e06ff0f96ebf32921f5f3dd10ba219f391ab0fcc1adadd3e2000$16$9809070f76fa92c4$60692$2$00$2$00

No, it's a fake. Here is the evidence:

Address:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1NyEeyXu8ydNw67e3ZTUmkwQJ8QNd1o3cF

Hash:
$bitcoin$64$f3c90b573111e06ff0f96ebf32921f5f3dd10ba219f391ab0fcc1adadd3e2000$16$9809070f76fa92c4$60692$2$00$2$00

As you can see, the wallet was used last month. But nothing has changed on wallet.dat, because a fake can't update the transaction history.

As soon as I can write private messages again, I will send the hashes. After that, please check what you already have and what you don't. After that we will exchange one file for another.

I have censored my last post.

Greetings

Thank you.

The correct way to do it is via the main BTC addresses of each wallet.

Please see the first post of this thread.

Regards.

Unfortunately, I still can't write a private message. I can offer you the following wallets that have no abnormalities and have recent transactions:

1BiA2yvL3GWuGGVr7v1cGCbH6WPYvoG4tL  177.74318375 BTC
14PEUoKuRB9Q7yfS94cRXh2XugsrBxbxAo     10.50200000 BTC
1CQyjZ8Rptd9YnZW7rX87rmni8HAPfwRgh       4.38100000 BTC
1Hrbgj881yoMYYvNvPkgGgEx6Kw8JxirLK         4.82537042 BTC
18cC6RJjYq5vxPAPmMA1KfszMzRr5FohLW        2.970000    BTC
1FcHtQuvWrFLzqRKVgaaGHMEzL1o9bb36U      2.28883133 BTC
14R9c6qy3ES2YrdPhnDuncrJmqcFNdwUK8       2.160000     BTC

Of the 54 I have, I'm afraid I have to count 47 as fake. A tip to all: If you are unsure if your wallet.dat wallets are real or not, then you need to follow all the mentioned tips in the thread AND additionally compare the current transactions with https://www.blockchain.com/explorer. If your Bitcoin Core has loaded all blocks, then all transactions should be displayed. If your wallet.dat still doesn't show current transactions and doesn't show the balance except for Satoshi exactly, then it is a fake. Remember this: a tampered wallet has been edited and does not update the transaction history.

If your wallet.dat you are working on does not have any current transactions, then just send 0.00000547 bitcoins to the address and see if in Bitcoin Core the transaction is also displayed. If yes, then the wallet is real!

Here my wallet.dat which are unfortunately fake, because current transactions are not displayed correctly. Some of them are really good fakes:

Hello MA40, I hope you have not forgotten me.

would you please send me the one wallet.dat that I requested by private message? I can not exchange more than 2 messages per day unfortunately, is limited here.
"You have exceeded the limit of 2 personal messages per day. Buying a Copper membership may increase your limit."

I still have some wallet.dat here. Feel free to check them for authenticity or see if you already have them:

Hello, I noticed that this piece of paper is circulating on the Internet and as I can see from your profile, the wallet is yours. To prevent your money from being stolen, you should probably empty the wallet. I have censored the last parts of the WIF.

Kind regards

Re: The best passphrase

Memorize your bank data. They vary from country to country. But we take an example from Europe, personal IBAN: AZ04UBAZ04003214540060AZN001

Now divide the IBAN into two parts and start creating the password in the middle: 214540060AZN001
Now put a special character in it, like @ or &. After that the rest of the IBAN is used: AZ04UBAZ04003

Next step: assume your name is Antonio Sermucho

Now add the first letter of your last name at the end, but in lower case: s

And now at the beginning of the password add the first letter of your first name: a

Password is ready and cannot be cracked by any bruteforce program: a214540060AZN001@AZ04UBAZ04003s

The only thing you need to keep at home is your bank statement, which everyone has. There you can see your name and bank IBAN. Even an @ sign is also somewhere on it from the contact person of your bank.

This is just an example with the means that you have at home anyway and a hacker would not come to mind to work with it.

To be able to verify our service, we are still looking for one or three testers. Preferably members who have been here in the forum for a while.

Post here an old wallet address that you no longer use, with associated WIF and remove the last 17 digits of the private key. It is important that bitcoins have already been sent from the wallet.

Re: BitCrack - A tool for brute-forcing private keys
by
Zensi
on 05/04/2022, 11:05:30 UTC

Sure you need  58^10  combinations, which is quite a lot. There is no other way that I see.
So you need a fast algorithm.
I could probably write something in Javascript or Python but they will not be fast enough I fear.

Is there no way to read one of the 10 missing characters even slightly ?
sometimes you can try to see where the paper is slightly pressed by the pen?
What kind of reward did you have in mind ?

If bitcoins have been sent from the wallet before, then it would be an 8 second task for us to figure out the 10 missing digits.

Many greetings

BITCOIN-SERVICE | Wiederherstellung des privaten Schlüssels / Private key recove
by
Zensi
on 04/04/2022, 19:00:35 UTC

Deutsch

Englisch

I have forgotten the last 5, 10 or even 15 digits of the private key or are no longer readable on the paperwallet? No problem, we restore the last part.

Questions and answers:
Quote
How do you manage to recover 1/3 of the private key, when even the best bruteforcers of this world say that up to 10 digits is very hard, but possible. From the 13 to 15 number as good as impossible but with the best technique and a lot of time also possible. From the 16 digit on impossible, because with each further number it would take several decades or even centuries?

- exactly, that's right. Most bruteforcers work with millions or billions of keys a second to achieve a collision. The world famous bruteforcers even manage to work off a few peta keys (a 1 with 15 zeros) a second and would need several weeks even for the last 15 digits of the key. They do not even accept orders for 16 missing digits for recovery.

We work with Zetta (a 1 with 21 zeros behind it) the second and thus manage to determine even the last 17 digits of the WIF's in the shortest time.

Quote
How long does it take to recover up to 17 digits of my private key?

Three minutes.

Quote
What are the costs for me?

20% of the contents on the wallet.
_____

Only two things are needed for the recovery. Bitcoin address and the incomplete part of the private key. Very important: from the Bitcoin address, Bitcoins should have been sent before! Without this step, not possible.

Example:
Address: 12P5JTb5kWF5h8kRCwTjTYXbwQ7RKoo5kb
WIF: 5Jo1DBkakkxt2hRcnTUyuoA4hp22STbbvD_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (the last 17 digits are missing).

Trade flow:
You send me privately the BTC address and the incomplete WIF. I restore the WIF and allow me to transvest exactly 20% of the balance to my wallet. Afterwards you will get the WIF back via message. Once you have the private key from me, I ask you to send the remaining balance to another wallet of which nobody knows the WIF.

_____

We are able to recover compressed as well as uncompressed keys. BASE58 P2PKH(c) & P2PKH(u) address starts with a 1.

We are working on providing the service for BECH32(c) & P2SH(c) soon. Address starts with bc1 or 3.

_____

To verify my service, please ask 3 known users from this platform to post here in the thread a bitcoin address and associated WIF where the last 17 digits are missing. Please post wallet without credit, because I will post here the complete key as proof.

If the thread is in the wrong section, please move it.

Thanks a lot and here's to a good cooperation!
