This site claims to have an 0% edge, and even offers some promotions that would make playing profitable (the refund policy would be very profitable with a 0% edge, as you are basically "freerolling" after losing 12 consecutive bets, and you can bet the maximum amount there).
One wonders if it's just a way to attract customers, to increase their edge in the future. Or they could profit from advertising other sites. Or maybe it's a scam. Why isn't it provably fair? Because it isn't fair.
I have played much more than enough to be able to confirm that it's false that their edge is 0%. It seems to be indeed about 10% (45% chance of winning a theoretical 50% chance roll). If you don't believe me, just try it yourselves (bet the minimum every time, so you don't lose much).
Well this is an outrageous claim coming from someone who just created an account a couple of hours ago. No provable fair yet as when making it we came across some bugs. Hence the reason we are offering refunds. Max bet lowered because our bank is running low (will be increased soon). If you had taken as must time as you did creating a new account to read what i had written above, you would know that we are still in the testing phase and trying out new things seeing how everything goes. You would also know that we do not expect to make a profit anytime soon.
Please read what i have wrote in the thread before creating accounts just to give ZeusDice a bad name. I'm guessing this just am owner of another Dice game site scared that they may lose players. (n)
Do we get a refund also if different amounts are bet with the same chance? For example, I lose 10 consecutive BTC0.01 bets and then I bet BTC1 and lose, would I get that BTC refunded?
All amounts will be refunded it just has to be in the same %chance. For example if you use the martingale system yout 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, etc.. will all be refunded.
All amounts of a consecutive bad streak, just the first 10 or just those after the first 10?
After 10. But we may be increasing this soon.
For example, I bet and lose the following rolls at 50% chance: 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 1, 100. What would I get refunded? 101.09, 1.09 or 100?

So you're essentially saying that if this game is in fact fair, a smart player with a reasonably sized bankroll cannot lose?
There are so many ways to exploit this too. I can make min bets until I lose 9 times in a row, then do a max bet, knowing that even if I lose I will get this bet back. According to what you're saying, this is not a problem and you are perfectly fine with users doing this.
New approach to Bitcoin gambling.
You are free to play how you want to play. We do advise you don't play recklessly and only gamble what you can afford to lose.
You do realize though that someone playing using a Martingale system with enough bets to cover their original bet x 512 actually cannot lose?
You may also want to correct this on your website:
"Bets that are entitled for a refund are all 10 losing consecutive bets over 50% chance will be entitled for a refund. The bets must be of the same percentage chance. Example of this is 10 losing consecutive bets @ 50% chance."
So which one is it? Over 50% chance or a 50% chance or higher?
50% or higher.. We make changed today thanks for pointing this out

I think the owner of ZeusDice.com needs to rethink his strategies. Because honestly, there are only two possible scenarios here:
1. The game is not fair and the owner is ripping off users to make a profit. 2. The site will go out of business long before the owner creates a monetization strategy to fairly profit off his website.
1. So far we have given out 11 refunds and so far no complaints about the gameplay. Only complaints we have had are about the wording of the refund page which will be changed today and a deposit issue which has now been resolved by the user.
2. Like i mentioned before we are not expecting to make a profit anytime soon.
You have 22000 rolls on your site so far, and you have already had 11 losing streaks of 10 or more losses in a row. Can a mathematician jump in for a minute and calculate the odds?
You definitely need provable fairness on your dice site.
Like we said before we are taking a new approach to bitcoin gambling hence the reason we currently offer refunds. All the users seem to be happy so far.
