any idea why the price is plummeting while some other coins staring to recover ?!
there is a lot of good new out about xlm ,like the IBM nods and few other new but the price seems to be not effect by all this good news am i missing something ?

My choice is:
1. PBL - the 1st Protocol for Decentralized Publishing, nice idea, solid team , lots of opportunities to grow
2. XLM - delivered some really good news this year (IBM partnership), i believe this will lead to more positive announcements next year
3. XVG

PUBLICA! Decentrilized publishing platform that might bring publishing to a new level. One of the projects I have great belief in. The idea is awesome, and the team behind the project is great. They've launched their ICO in October, and already presented their Proof of concept. The price now is 5x the ICO price, but the market cap is still tiny (9,939,884 USD), basically lots of opportunities to grow. So i'm just hodling and waiting for my lambo 
Guys buy stellar now,dont say i didnt tell you
It is probably in the top 2 on my list of cryptos to grow considerably.
