Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin?

What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

To be honest tou can't blame them, respect their opinion and insights about, as long that don't harm you physically that's fine. Everyone of us has a will to decide what to beleive or not. You're not being born to please everybody. Just let them hate bitcoin, as long they don't affect the value and market of it. Leave it.

Re: Please stop selling!

Every day I see bitcoin going down even more. I don't understand why is it happening. Selling now is betraying the bitcoin's values as well as losing a lot of money. Why don't we all just calm down and at least stop selling our coins? Bitcoin's destiny is in our hands. If we believe it's a great coin then it indeed is a great one. If we tell others how good bitcoin and other coins are then they are going to believe in it themselves and it will help the market to recover.
If we, however, decide that everything is doomed then it indeed will be so! Why not to hope for the better and try to hold (if not buy) our funds, so that we are the ones who win rather than lose?
I am even thinking about making a flash-mob in facebook. For example, we all could post hashtagged message '#iamholdingbtc'. We can change the things for the best. But we do have to believe in it and do something, not just let the stupid news ruin our world.
Who's with me on this?

I got your back here brother, I agree with this one. Many holders right now are being a mindset of panick selling, they afraid that one day bitcoin will never go high and they're rushing to have an exchange of money. That's why many people are lacking of information why bitcoin needs to be hold as of the mean time. Do

To be honest lots of people really don't know how bitcoin works. They just join this organization just for money, most of these people doesnt have any idea how it affects bitcoin value. To be honest Bitcoins generation is all or nothing, we musy nees to continue what we're doing before it has a good value, rather than having a mindest that bitcoin will fall. Considering that many countries are interested of bitcoin. Let's just master the patience skill here. Rushing things will not help at all.

Re: Ethereum's future road
by

Ethereum developers are shifting their strategic focus. Ethereum continued to improve the security of blockchain application networks by implementing two hard and two unexpected bifurcations; Ethereum founder Vitalik Bruin began planning a new milestone. The ensuing strategic adjustment will help to "abstract" or reduce most of the complexity of Ethereum's rules to virtual machines, reducing the overall complexity of the system. This helps to achieve long-term planning features and the integration of the network.

Good news to all Ethereum holders out there that this cryptocurrency has been a good start of 2018, I can say that the founder really works hard each day to make sure this digital crypto will be a solid foundation like btc, it's more convenient and easy to deal with, it will actually helps to grow economically faster and be manageable to other holders to trade, to earn, to sell, to buy. I can smell good year for this trend for eth. Let's support this!

Okay so this is how it goes, while I was reviewing the price drop of any coins especially bitcoin i thought that I was inside  hell, it's on fire and while I was also thinking that valentines day is coming, I ask myself why too early?.

Now I want you to know that every amount of any crypto that you sell is hurting the market so why do we give slap to our asses and wait don't spend.  Since this is bitcoin talk Ill ask you once again do you support bitcoin?

I wanna burst! The red color is irritating me.

This is what I'm talking about the market value of bitcoin nowadays, many people really don't know how bitcoin works in the global market. Many people are selling their assets now since they noticed the proce drops of every cryptocurrencies out there, without knowing they're the one that causing it down, the more demand they have of said currency the more the supply will go up. That's simple economic will apply here. They had this impression that earning cryptocurrencies is just liken earning monthly salary without affecting the value of coins. I agree with this statement, we should be aware how bitcoin works and how bitcoin grows up. Lets support each other and notice every move that you take. Don't be. Too excited just because you need money. Focus on what you fo to support this group.

How to spread awareness of Bitcoin in a way so that old people start to use more bitcoin?

Well bitcoin is already worlwide phenomenal to all group of individuals there, I can tell as well that they know what bitcoin is but they don't know how bitvoin workfs, to be honest it's hard to teach old people about cryptocurrencies, they have all this stuff of beliefs and perspective in life how money works nowadays, most of them has an on principle of life, butits never been too late to have this kind of knowledge to them, not all old people are afraid of changes, just start a good conversation at first and explain to them clearly how this thing works. Bitcoin is a generation of digital currency, it might be hard at first but that's always gonna be it, when you're on it already it will be easy to introduce to all old people.

Re: Why people sell bitcoins?

Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.

Well to be honest the reason why  people worldwide selling btc is because they need money, to be honest most of them are selling because they need the money badly, there's no harm on selling btc nowadays, if they want to keep it they will keep it. But if not, they will surely sell it. Selling btc right now is worldwide and it authorizing by some government and legal companies. Bitcoin price is good and money matters.

I just created this thread to gather opinions ..
Ethereum is next to BTC?

Eth acting so fast to beat the well know bitcoin, yes correct, eth value is increasing rapidly and that's 100% fact, but let's put a this way, bitcoin stand for how many Years already and it has been firm enough other than any cryptos there. Bitcoin will be bitcoin and Ethereum will be Ethereum, no one can beat bitcoin!

Hey guys good news here. Hope this will affect bitcoin price and it will grow up. What do you think?

Korea is one of the most good country I've been with and this is really a good news for us and specially to those people who lives in Korea, this is a good way to make the bitcoin community raise as well and since some other country like Korea was being prohibited for having cryptocurrencies, I hope that some other government realize how bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies really helps individual person to become productive and earn assets, in that we can help our community and economics to professionally grow. Imagine the domino effect when this kind of good news appear everyday in oir forum. Looking forward for more good news. Bitcoin raise!

Do you predict crypto to get to new highs or the opposite ?
I speculate a sharp decline on Cryptocurrency specially  Bitcoin this year.
Call it a inner feeling.

I rather say that it's a challenging year so far to all cryptos out there, many people are getting involved now how bitcoin works and other currencies, government has been investigating how bitcoin really work as well, rest assure that it might high or low vakue at times, but for me it's not a bad year, or good year. It's the begging yet.

I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that

That's not necessarily, selling your house bitcoin is a no no, even we know that bitcoin has a good money value that's not a good way to earn it. As we all know that cryptocurrencies has potential that it might drop the cost at times. Selling your assets is not a goof idea. Work hard to earn btc, there is always a way.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?

Basically, they cannot control cryptos online, since intetnet is very hard to track and pbase it down, it will take time to investigate stuff, specific country is earning lots of money because of bitcoin. That's why they want to have control over it.

Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency.
by
Zilonglong.bucks
on 16/01/2018, 20:41:39 UTC
I hear from many sources that btc is used for trading much more than it is for goods and services; doesn't that make it an asset ??
and is that necessarily a bad thing ?? and what can we do about it as a community ??

It's simply both.

Bitcoin is attractive as an asset to hold because of it's scarce nature. Bitcoin is also attractive as a currency because it's borderless, permissionless, and pretty fast and cheap (except when Roger Ver/Bitmain are spamming it).

So for some use cases like buying a VPN, bitcoin is the best currency.

Thats correct. I agree with this one. Both description under bitcoin. It's an asset because it attracts investors all over the world and based on the description is it's already a nature. It's currency because  it's a acceptable, unbreakable, fast and easy transactiob., I gues bitcoin is already a international currency already that was already considered globally.

Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

Wayback 2016 my ex's uncle has been promoting me this cryptocurrency thing while talking to me and discussing some stuff and to be honest I don't feel like listening or believing in him on a first place, it's like a scam or networking thing that you called. So latter part I just acknowledge the story said by that uncle guy. Year 2017 ber months, rumor has it one of my friend earn $10K USD beacuse of bitcoin dilemma  and then I was shock beacuse I join him to withdraw the money over the counter on a well known branch here innour County, that DAY I realized that, the person who told me anout bitcoin is serious about it and talks about good money, Imagine If I just invest a money to bitcoin that year, I guess I own 3 mansions and 5 luxury car already. Learn the habit of needs and wants, as we all know that needs is our daily battle, our fuel to drive our life. Wants is just a extra toppings in your life., it's just give colors in your daily battle. Don't spend money when after you bought it you will not use it anymore, invest money that will help you in a long run, spend to insurances so that when you grow old you will have a money. Don't be deceive my material things, rather make it a way to warn more money, not to spend it because you want it.

Re: Bitcoin is not a currency?
by

on 09/01/2018, 17:01:58 UTC
I found a video on YouTube https://youtu.be/qTxPfxmkLIY that according to this man (Warren Buffett) said "Bitcoin doesn't meet the definition of a currency" and he said that "he would not be surprised if bitcoin is not around in 10 or 20 years".

Is he a hater of bitcoin? while other big names appreciate the bitcoin.

Your thoughts?
His talk means nothing, he just the old man who don't like bitcoin, don't care about him. We'll see what will happen in next few years

This person literally don't kniw hoe bitcoin works, trust me this person is just envy since Millenials can earn more money in just early age. Well, to be honest it's just waste of time. No one knows about what would be the feature of bitcoin, but as I can see that Bitcoin is still one way to earn money these days.

Re: Why do big corporations accept BTC?
by
Zilonglong.bucks
on 06/01/2018, 21:37:52 UTC
Hi there,

first off - @admin, I´m not sure if this is the right forum category, so please shift if unadequate!

I wanted to know why big companies like Microsoft, Paypal, Overstock and now consulting firms (with PwC HKK) accept BTC as a payment method? Regarding the latter, it´s due to increasing cooperations with start-ups that operate with BTC as main payment, but regarding the others?
From my point of view, companies with sizes like the above mentioned (refering to cash flows and generated income) are normally risk averse and therefore it seems counter intuitive to me to accept BTC as a payment method due to its heavy volatility.
Moreover, not knowing how regulation might influence the outcome for BTC is another argument for not accepting it?!

This leaves me with only one (rather) simple solution, which is that they are convinced of BTC price rises (in the short-term at least), or even a bit more fare-fetched that they are convinced of BTC as "the new digital currency" or similar.
But that´s not plausible for me!

Does somebody know how much BTC Microsoft or the others generate with the exchange of fiat to BTC and vice-versa?

Can someone please help me out, it´s really grinding my gears  Huh Huh

Thanks a lot Smiley

Well, to be honest, the reason why most of famous companies in world accepting btc simply because they already knows about bitcoin value, of they will invest to bitcoin, they will have higher value of money, the more bitcoin transactions that they have, they will hold it for good and invest money in long run.

the future of paper money in my opinion can survive because everyone still needs paper money almost all the world still use paper money so than that there will be no one can replace the paper money

Paper money has a huge difference between cryptocurrencies, as we all know that paper money is one of the main reason ehy cryptocurrencies are created in this world, Governments and lots of people involved, created, Update, evolve money in this world. Future money will still remain the top needs of our future fellowmen.

the reason is very easy to explain. why do I choose bitcoin? for me bitcoin is a currency that can be a future for everyone, especially those who play it. trying to live from the ordinary to the more overlaid is a desire for everyone. let alone in an easy way. I think bitcoin is a perfect solution to achieve that goal.

Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ?
by
Zilonglong.bucks
on 01/01/2018, 04:40:34 UTC
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

We do not know if this bitcoin will be in 100 years, like other people saying that there might be a new development or new generation better than bitcoin, there's zo many developers out there who's creating other cryptocurrency, in fact in just span of months there's many type of cryptocurrency alreadt, but still no one knows if that will be on 100 years still, by that time we're already die.
