1.Difference between Coin and Token.
Coins has own blockchain and dont use any third party.Tokens are renting a third party blockchains like NEO and ETH platform
2.Can Coin act as token for the transactions within the ecosystem of a particular project like giving rewards and loyalty points?
Coins cannot act as token because it is the main product of the projects. unlike tokens are created for other purposes.3.Coins are securities or Utility?
a security, as i said coins are created with own blockchain and it is the main product of the projects, it cannot be use as utility particularly for those projects that giving rewards and loyalty points.4.Can Token act as a coin and can be used for transaction other than the platform?
tokens can be use for transactions, but cannot be act as coins, most of the tokens created in smart contracts are being swap, or projects decided to create their own coins to be swap to their early created which is tokens to be use to their own platform.
I have certain doubts about Coins and Tokens and are following:

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too techy and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitors ICO?"
I believe the list continues.
Because most of them are not launched for getting succeeded. They are designed to fail! They are designed to make a handsome amount(or whatever they may get) of money and run away! They were already destined to this!From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.
With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
Yes they are biased. As of now everything and everyone related to this field is all about making money so they dont care a bout the project or the technology behind it. Some of them are good but numbers are very less in that case! If you really wish to invest in a good project then you should consider reading their whitepaper do a research on their developing team!With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?
Its so disappointing to see some people saying that bitcoin is over, crypto is over! These are the people who knew nothing about these before investing and now cursing the technology for loosing their money! The key to success is Patience especially in Crypto.

First of all cryptocurrency is all about patience and if you are opting for day trading means you are here just for money(thats ok your choice) but you will have to be very careful about the pumps and dumps. one formula that works is buy on rumours and sell on news. You have to be very updated about the project you are investing in and in the end there are no guarantees of profit.What's happening with Ethereum? The most promising coins becoming garbage! Yes, we know the bearish market has come again, but ETH in 330 USD?! It is unbelievable. People told that In August, the crypto bull market will start and now we are seeing the bearish market ever in 2018! I can't believe ETH is now 330 USD. What about you guys?
Its down to 250 but I will never say it is becoming garbage it will remain the best coin because without it all erc based tokens will niot survive.I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.
