Works fine om My Ryzen 5 3600 with crappy ram. Bronze sample it said. Performance wise 4075/4050 all core oc @ 1.25v i belive it went to. From 6600h/s to 7100h/s for me .
Pretty much identical to mine. I got early batch dont seem to clock well. Beats the stock CB20 score but more importantly under load it only get to 52c so its running cool when stressed.

Gents any implementation of the new TUBE (bittube) algo - cuckaroo29b?
FYI, WTM defaults are using stock GPU settings - nowhere near what an actual tuned GPU should be running. Those numbers are INCREDIBLY inefficient.
As livada said, ~2kh/s is very reasonable for pretty efficient settings (which should still be able to drive a monitor). You could stretch to 2.1+ if you wanted to push harder / be less efficient.
Wow I thought it was reasonable, will have to check this out.
Yeah I try to run conservatively as in not going for max hash but best power efficiency:
TUBE = 1.35 kH/s pool side for 160w at the wall
tube-haven-heavy give 2000+HR on any vega (56 or 64) and use etc 150W per cards etc: 1 rig 6*vega56hynix = 960W at the wall = 12200kh etc 1 rig 4*vega56 samsung = 720W at the wall 8700kh etc
I dont use a dedicated mining rig.. its in a PC and has to drive a monitor and be able to do productive work in the day time - hence stable clocks. If you can tweak better - kudos but its a ballpark
Are you running a monitor on that gpu? Currently that means you'll have to tune down the config manually, but we're about to add code for detecting and adjusting that automatically. The Windows TDR timeout can also still be bitchy at times, I'm about to run more tests on that today and add automatic behavior for that too.
Yes monitor running off GPU. Its not aggressive as I like low temps - vega56, under clock, under volt. Let me know if you want details. On default settings it crashes and screen reset (went black for ~ 20secs) so its likely the new drivers not quite perfect?
Hi, sorry for the late reply, had this written in a Chrome tab for a while it seems .
There are two things in play here, the Windows TDR mechanism and the way we run the kernels. We're working on proper monitor detection in the next release, and will throttle our execution somewhat to allow for rendering tasks to run better in parallel with mining. That way we shouldn't piss off the Windows TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery).
Sounds great!

Kudos to IMineBlocks for sending you the gear too!

Fixed kawpow dag build DEAD gpu issue on windows Adrenalin 2020 drivers.
Awesome pal will try this out!
Might be my config, but it looked good for a couple of minutes then the power at wall meter dropped the load - soon to be followed by the dreaded 'dead' red text. Will try it at stock settings again and see later.
Unless urgently required to mine some retarded coins supported by this developer, I see zero reason to give myself hard time wondering - say; how many drivers I must rollback and then maybe maybe maybe my rig runs for an hour before forced reboot!!
I had my share of issues when really really really wanted to collect some ravencoin but gave up because of this thing!
So, I decided to buy some RV instead!
Phoenix only mines ETH based algo's!
This thread is for TRM and the algo's it works best on are CN. Im not sure why people are so aggressive posting words like retarded - Im happy to wait. I genuinely like the miner and the devs over the years, I am hoping they respond some time.
I use my main rig for work and odd session of gaming so rolling back drivers isn't something I have to do, its not like a 6 card mining machine that needs to be hammering it 24/7. If I really had to I would check out the other miners that work, this was to top up the stash and take a look into the staking - which you need I think 2k to be able to. I have some on an exchange but the state of affairs is not exactly good to trade away.
What has happened to the miner? I wondered why on new drivers the DEAD error was coming up and looks like the miner has not really been updated this year.
You must give more info about your system, drivers, cards, what algo you mine.
I mine eth on RX580 8Gb latest drivers and Windows 10. All works fine.
My bad bro.
I have Win 10 Pro (1903), vega 56, Adrenalin 20.4.1, usually mine on Saber (TUBE). After going over the settings few times it looks like the miner, only asking as its not had an update on Git for over 4 months which may be just waiting till the devs are back.
